Fell upon Raise the Roost by accident. I’m not a “gas station guy” or a “fast food guy” but I’ll tell you what… the stars aligned on this one. I am a chicken sandwich connoisseur and the name caught my eye when charging on a trip. Grabbed a sandwich, instantly mind blown. Immediately started looking at other locations and franchise opportunities.
In summary, don’t listen to the haters. Service sucked? They work at a gas station chicken joint off a highway. Would you be thrilled to provide a high level of service?
This place rocks. I appreciate the find and will always stop any time I drive by in the future. I rated atmosphere 1 star because it’s in a gas station.

Fire and Water Logistics
I passed through here often but I never get a chance to stop and even though they were getting ready to close the young lady still made the chicken and waffle for me. Plus she was extremely helpful. I don’t know her name or I can’t remember it but she has some real nice dreads. So thank you young lady with people like you working in fast food you can’t go wrong.

Say the food was overcooked and the biscuits I could have played hockey with because of the hardness. When chicken is that dark the grease needs to be changed or filtered

I ordered off Grubhub so i dont know what the inside looks like, but from my experience, the food wasn’t that bad. The biscuit was moist, chicken tenders had some juice, the mac and cheese was okay. They forgot my sauce though.

The food wasn’t fully cooked. It tasted bland, no seasoning and there was no flavor. I feel as if I wanted my money buying this. I don’t plan on stopping here anytime soon, and if it ever do, I will not buy anymore chicken. I wasn’t greeted by the staff and the food preparation area look as if no one cleans during the shift.

I had a Buffalo Chicken sandwich and Pot Wedge Sm. My total was $10.14 but the sandwich chicken meat tasted like flavored paper with buffalo sauce fried in batter mixture.
Also, the bathrooms for both genders was out of order which technically is the reason why I stopped there in the beginning. No porter potty’s were in place of the restrooms being shut down! Which truly was an inconvenience. I won’t be returning there!
Now I will say that this location has some of the most beautiful customer service I’ve ever seen. Please step the products up to real quality and not quantity!
