This establishment hires rude, unintelligent individuals who have listening problems. Maybe part of training should require an ear exam. My friend and I went in around 11:30am on sep 9, there were two young ladies who didn’t greet us on our way in and looked us up and down yelling “what do you want!” We ended up asking how they were and got no response. We told them our order and they got my friend’s order completely wrong and didn’t offer to remake it. She ordered banana and not granola, they gave her granola and she is allergic! We both paid in front of the blonde girl and when they handed us our bowls, they both asked us if we paid. Of course we did, you just watched us. On top of everything else, my friend had multiple hairs in her açaí bowl.

Delicious and nutritious! The drinks are excellent and the staff is very knowledgeable about the products. The business itself has a very welcoming appearance. My only con is that I do not recommend if you’re in a hurry since it apparently takes a while for the girls to make the tea. I would like to see them be faster on their delivery since spring and summer are right around the corner. Other than that, I enjoy the service and the teas are delicious!

I LOVE Coastal Bay Nutrition!!! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The owners are amazing too!!! I was not a tea drinker before I came to Coastal Bay Nutrition but I can’t get enough of their teas! They also have amazing shakes and they have coffee too. If you are in Bay Minette you have to stop by here. They are right next to Coastal AlabamaCommunity College.

So first of all they need to retrain their employees. You should always tell someone the total before you pay. They should not keep your card and tell you to drive to the front. They have no idea how to deal with customers. Also, do not get coffee it’s not hot and they will not heat it up if you ask. Good luck to this place.

I love that they have drive thru. The last couple of loaded teas just have not agreed with me. I ask them to make sure it’s protein free because I’m allergic. I could not drink last tea.
