Seems to arbitrarily decide if a Papa John’s driver or door dash driver will deliver your food, and two companies apparently have differing delivery policies. The store here has different delivery rules than any PJs that I have worked or ordered from in 5 states,and does not do anything to let the customer know about them until the driver arrives. Actual PJ drivers at rude, as was the manager when trying to get my food redelivered, and ask that an apology be relayed to the driver for my shortness due to stores lack of communication and still didn’t bring my sauces

While Jackson might only have one Papa Johns, it’s a gem! Despite lacking fancy decor, it shines with friendly service and delicious food. My recent visit was fantastic, and the manager went above and beyond to adjust my pick-up time due to minor screw up on the online ordering. Both the pizza and jalapeno bites were excellent, reminding me why this Papa Johns is a local favorite. Don’t be fooled by appearances – their pizzas are top-notch!

They use doordash to deliver without any coordination. If I knew, I never would have ordered. By the time they contacted doordash, the app said my pizza was out of the oven. It sat for over 40 minutes before it got to me and showed up at room temp.

Ordered a two pizzas and breadsticks at 7:30, got there at 8 and they told me it’ll be ANOTHER 30 min. Meanwhile everyone in the store was just standing around. Two other customers were there dealing with the same problem. You could have called customers and tell them it’ll be longer than the site tells people. Horrible staffing and management.

I ordered two hours ago. No delivery. Called for over an hour no answer. I did my order on line usually no problems. Disrespectful black guy answered the phone and said 15 minutes I said ok it’s been almost an hour ok???called again got a white guy who said there was never an order made to my location. It got cancelled. Why? I will never ever order anything from this location again. Rude overbearing employees.

As far as chain pizza goes, it’s hard to beat Papa Johns. This particular one had the food hot and ready when I got there. Not much atmosphere to speak of but everyone appeared friendly.

Ordered tonight, received the food with hair in the cheese bread. Have been trying to call and talk with the manager for 30+ minutes, they refuse to answer the phone. I see we’re not the only ones – 14 hours ago a review was posted that you were blatantly disrespectful to someone calling and asking for an update on their order? We will never be ordering from Papa John’s again. Terrible customer service. One call, a call center answered and told us he couldn’t help us and he’d push us through to the manager…..hahaha. They never planned on picking up their phones. Terrible 0/10.
