I had the pleasure of meeting April, who is the manager at Domino’s. She will come and talk to you like she’s known you are her life that’s how good she is with people. She makes sure you get the best deal on your order that you could get and I couldn’t ask for better service. All the people there are very nice and friendly, so I recommend this Domino’s to everyone that one where Bi-Lo used to be. So April and the staff that works there thank you for outstanding service

Tracker on the app stated it was ready for pickup. When I arrived the employee said, oh, I’m putting that in the oven right now. She said they were unloading a truck, forgot my pizza was in the oven, and it fell on the floor. When I got back into my car and told my daughter as that was both of our lunch, she said you should’ve told them to throw some jalapeños on there this time. She was joking, but I called and asked if they could add a couple when remaking it for the inconvenience of having to wait longer and making a second trip back. The same female employee stated No. I could understand if I pitched a fit or asked for another pizza or a credit; I asked for a few jalapeños. The jalapeños aren’t even a big deal at the end of the day. It’s about a business making a mistake, inconveniencing you, and not even attempting to make it right. Remaking the pizza is a given as it was my order, that’s not an extra. I’ll only go to Burkemont now and recommend that others do as well.

We order from this Domino’s on a regular basis. We get curbside delivery or home delivery depending if we go to Food Lion or not.
The pizzas are always hot and fresh, always made correctly and they are always delicious.
When we order delivery the pizzas always arrives in a timely fashion. They definitely have the swiftest delivery in town.

I made an order tonight online at 5:37pm and at 6:17 the progress “ticker” had not moved past the prep stage, but the charge on my credit card had gone through, so I thought it best to call the store to make sure they got my order. Someone answered the phone and immediately put me on hold. They NEVER came back to the phone. Eventually (20 minutes later) the progress ticker started moving and I got my pizza, but I was on hold for more than 30 minutes. I had no choice but assume they had no intention of coming back to the phone to talk to me. Busy or not, this is incredibly poor customer service. If I needed to change my order or had a question, I was just out of luck, because once my pizza was en route it made no sense to stay on hold, so I hung up – which I feel was what they hoped I would do. Of course, I later received an offer for a free pizza, but don’t want it. I want to be treated like a customer and not an inconvenience.

Haven’t ordered from Domino’s in a long time. Needed something quick so we tried again. 50% off was good but the pissa was not. Ordered an extra large hand tossed. The crust was so thin. It wasn’t baked enough either. The garlic butter sauce was ok but the mozzarella was non existent. Toppings were minimal. Hard bacon and maybe one sliced mushroom on the whole thing. Unacceptable. This will definitely be the last time going here.
