We typically have great experiences here but today we were treated very rudely in the drive through. The lady/ girl working was very rude and wouldn’t hold our order far enough out of the window when we arrived to pick it up. We then had to pull up further causing us to scrape our tires on the curb, we had to get so close to get the food. We are guessing she had an issue with the vehicle we were driving. Once we did scrape the curb her attitude seemed to have changed and she had no problem holding the straw very far out of the window at that point. You should teach your employees to put their politics aside and give good customer service.

Smoothie was pretty good, but the Caesar salad I ordered was YUCK! The greens were wilted and brown, the chicken was mushy and rubbery, had a very weird taste. Took a few bites and i couldn’t eat anymore, so I pitched it. Needs better quality.

I absolutely love Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, and the staff is consistently fast, friendly, and efficient. Absolutely abysmal. I walk in to see staff sitting with their feet ON THE FOOD PREP COUNTER I put my smoothie order in and rather than a smoothie, I get handed juice. Not a smoothie consistency, but juice. Ive been coming here for a while and never had an issue until now. Absolutely disgusting.
