Any time I come here to order ‘any’ junior burrito, the employees always charge me the cost of a regular/or big size burrito and they give me the bigger sized burrito, BUT that is NOT what I order, it’s supposed to cost $8-10 dollars, not more than that. This is not a simple or honest mistake the cashiers are making because they do this all the time. Overall, this location could do better.

I don’t usually have expectations of Filiberto’s outside of your typical fast food, but this location is surprisingly good. They have some franchise specific menu items that you wont find elsewhere, the salsas are way better, different agua fresca flavors such as cucumber, and the food is prepared way above expectations of the average Filiberto’s.

This place is a absolute no for me. The burrito was extremely small compared to what they are supposed to be. ITS A BEAN BURRITO SHY OF $7 AND YOU BEYOND CHIMP IT! Let alone only got 2 bean burritos and sat at the windows for 12 minutes. Yall were dead inside and out. Yall are pathetic charging a $7 for something a taco belle burro looked like before they started chimping. This is 80% tortilla. The width is bc it is wrapped over 3x. Keep your prices high but at least let ppl know the sizes are half then they used to be.

I have been sitting here waiting for my food for the past 20minutes. I saw the cashier give food to 3 drive thru orders and I haven’t gotten my food! I came before the cars why does it take so long ?????
When I finally got my food I had specifically asked for NO CHEESE! I’m lactose intolerant….. took a bite of my burrito and sure enough it had cheese… if I’m waiting this long for my food I should at least get my order correct ..

First time at Filiberto’s and they made a mistake with my order – we had a communication breakdown. They were awesome at fixing it. They made it right and then told me to keep the incorrect order. The food was really good!

I mean, waiting 15 minutes for 2 bean, rice, and cheese burritos is ridiculous. The ingredients to almost everything on the menu is right in front of them. I’m paying premium prices and I don’t even eat meat. Bean, rice, and cheese burrito is about $11 with 85% beans, c’mon now. Charging $2 for cheese and $2 more for rice is a joke.
