Ordered from DoorDash and let me say i love Popeyes but THIS LOCATION…… HORRIBLE. DoorDash had 3 different drivers on my order because that’s how long the food took. It was more than an hour waiting for it. Service should’ve been fast because it wasn’t even a rush hour or a weekend so I just didn’t understand that part. Thennnn when I finally got my food, my tender meal was all cold, my drink was missing, my sauces that I PAID FOR was all missing, and my spicy chicken sandwich had no pickles and looked like someone stepped on it with their shoe!! I was so disgusted and disappointed. My stomach has been hurting since I tried to attempt to eat it. I told DoorDash and they give me some of my money back but still…. IT SHOULDNT HAVE TO TASTE/LOOK BAD! So I’m just disappointed in Popeyes right now and I won’t be ordering it anytime soon ♀️

This was the first time in awhile since I had been to a Popeyes and I hadn’t missed anything. The cashier was not friendly, no customer service, she did not greet us when we came in nor did she say thank you for coming or anything. Just asked what I wanted to order. Told her I was picking up my online orders. Placed three orders for the 3 piece tenders and one of the batches of tenders weren’t cooked fully. I couldn’t eat them. Wasn’t a fan of Popeyes at all.

This is hands down the best Popeyes I’ve ever been to. I even go out of my way to go to this one further from me just to get their great service and great food. The staff is very friendly and nice, especially the manager, she is always very nice with the best hospitality. The food is always perfect with no issues. I would tell anyone close enough to go to this location as opposed to the many others that all always have some sort of issue.

Yes I’ve been coming to this particular restaurant ever since it open and I tell you that the SERVICE was TERRIBLE AND I DO MEAN TERRIBLE. So I sort of slacked up on going as much as I use to. But then after about 5 months seeing a lot of employees coming and going and the service was still low. I went in one day and i meet a young man who was there for a job interview and I started talking to him and I said ” I SURE HOPE YOU LIKE IT AND KEEP THE JOB” and he said to me that he has NO CHOICE BECAUSE HIS MOM ISNT TRYING TO HEAR THAT!!!! lol and I said to him ” I get it” but make the BEST OUT OF IT. So while there was line this manager came out and introduced herself and they went and sat down. I could hear her talking to this young man and she was telling him that all she asked from him was to do his BEST AND BE VERY COURTEOUS TO THE CUSTOMERS AND DONT CALL IN UNLESS ITS REAL. Well after hearing how she was STRAIGHT FOWARD with him and him saying Yes Ma’am and No Ma’am and her talking to him like he was a YOUNG MAN. Well after about a year of going back and forth eating there and I FINALLY FOUND OUT who the manager was and they call her “Miss AP”. When BELIEVE ME WHEN I TELL YOU THE YOUNG MAN IS STILL WORKING THERE AND WHENEVER I GO IN AND Miss AP is there the service is “OUTSTANDING ” it’s quick and it’s correct, not to mention if it’s a line she comes up front talk to the workers they’re people and then offer the customers a drink or apple pie. I don’t think I would be coming back to this store if it wasn’t from me witnessing how Miss AP handle her business!!!!!!! They need MORE OF MISS AP

I usually love Popeyes and have been going for years, but this location completely failed me. I ordered the 3 piece spicy tenders with mashed potatoes & mac and cheese, plus sweet tea, red beans and rice, an extra mac and cheese and biscuit for my daughter with extra Cajun gravy on the side.
Instead of giving me extra gravy, they literally took the gravy off my mashed potatoes, dumped it into a separate container, and handed that to me. The gravy itself wasn’t even Popeyes normal gravy it was watery, weird-tasting, and honestly disgusting. Everything in my order was inedible. Nothing tasted like the usual Popeyes quality I’m used to. After years of eating at Popeyes with no issues, this was the first time I’ve ever had such a bad experience.
The food was so questionable it felt like a food poisoning risk, so I threw the entire order away except for the biscuits, which were the only thing that tasted right. This location is beyond disappointing and honestly giving them one star is too generous. It was a waste of a cheat meal. I will NEVER go back.

Very disappointed i usually get awesome services at this location, but tonight’s order was not that great. They left off my biscuits and my chicken sandwich meal was supposed to be ghost pepper chicken and the sandwich was not used with the chicken they usually have it was 2 small chicken tenders with the sauce slapped on it and my 10 piece family chicken box was supposed to be “Spicy” and was not and the crust on the chicken was overcooked. It would be a little understanding if they would have been extremely busy but they were not busy at all and without the proper chicken on the sandwich they need to let the customer know had I known I would have refused the sandwich. Hopefully my next visit will be better!!

This is the first time we visited this Popeyes location and we were not disappointed.
The food was hot and delicious. I found myself wanting more.
If you’re in the neighborhood, definitely stop in and tell them Corrina, sent you.

The customer service was top notice. It always is when I come to this location. The younger kids that work there are always very respectful and polite. I always order the same thing, and I never get hassled for asking for cook to order tenders. Any other location would be throwing a fit. The you man zell took my order tonight. He was very clear and patient at the speaker. I believe the manager on shifts name starts with a P, but I didn’t get her name. At any rate, you guys are doing a great job at this location!!
