I tried the Sushi Bay today, and it was incredible. Our server and I assume part owner was Flora. She was so helpful and a great personality. I highly recommend. They close mid afternoon for about 2 hours to prepare for the supper rush. I will be back soon.

I have never had to resist my desire for sushi and whenever I think of it, Sushi Bay in Bridgewater immediately comes to mind . Today, I visited again and I was delighted seeing my favorite dishes. The lovely staff provided attentive and professional service. The food was beautifully presented with care and was impeccable . And, of course, they continue to be my first choice! Great experience! The atmosphere is cozy, modern and clean. They have a large menu with lots of choices. Our food was delicious and left us happy and full. We received warm and attentive service from the lovely Flora. She answered all our questions, made sure we had everything we needed and kept us smiling with her friendly nature. We’ll be back soon!

In the Mango sushi roll, there was barely any shrimp, and it did not taste fresh. In the Chirashi Don, the sashimi did not taste fresh and there was too many crab (5) compared to everything else (3). Tuna was half frozen. Finally, in the Bento Supreme Salmon, the salad sauce was just liquid, about half an inch on the bottom deep. The broccoli was too big too, and could’ve been cut. To verify my review, I was born and raised in Korea before coming here.

It’s so great to have a sushi place on the south shore! Sushi Bay is a welcome addition to Bridgewater. They offer a good selection of veggie sushi options (I’m always a fan of a good avocado roll). The food was quick to come out and was so delicious and fresh tasting, some of the best sushi I’ve had. Service was good as well!
