Absolutely phenomenal! We stumbled upon Little Whitehouse Subs while staying nearby, and we ended up coming back every single day because it was that good. We tried the Golden Pig, Oy Vey, and Cowboy, and every one of them was perfectly made — hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. You can really tell they use quality ingredients and care about every sandwich that leaves their kitchen.
The customer service was top-notch, super friendly, and they made us feel like regulars from day one. This place is truly a hidden gem in Key West — small, local, and way better than any big-name sandwich shop. If you’re anywhere near Whitehead Street, do yourself a favor and stop in. You won’t regret it!

Best subs in Florida! Entering my 5th year of eating here any time I’m in Key West and they never disappoint on quality and taste. Bread is super fresh and has the perfect crisp when toasted. No matter which sub you get, they are all packed with so much love to keep ya full for whatever you have planned in Key West. You get two halves individually wrapped & very convenient for on the go. Pick from a variety of Utz chips or their delicious potato salad with your sub & drink for the perfect lunch. There’s some window side indoor seating and outdoor seating if you have time to enjoy their view. Staff is always friendly and provide the best service. Highly recommend ya try it. I swear you’ll be as addicted as I’ve been since 2021!

Generous portions and a great view while you eat on the balcony. Located next door the the maritime museum.
We had the Roadkill, excellent chicken thigh, and the Golden Pig, lots of pulled pork and yummy just sweet enough sauce with slaw. Both on brioche and served with a side. The slaw is excellent.
Definitely recommend if you want a really good sandwich and a little bit of quiet.

The best subs in key west!!! Micah and his staff were amazing! The place was clean!! And just very good! I got the cowboy sub with bacon and it was just phenomenal. The bread was amazing. I must say as a sub lover, this was the best sub I have ever had. The ingredients were just perfect!! I can’t wait to come back and try this place again. If you are ever in town, don’t think twice just go and enjoy a good sub!!!

DARE I say..the Balboa is the BEST Italian sub I’ve EVER had!?! Yes! I confidently state that this is my favorite Italian sandwich in the world. I got it exactly the way it was on the menu, no changes or substitutions. The meats and cheeses are so flavorful- I literally saw the butcher chopping slices behind the counter. Also, the lettuce and veggies are crisp and fresh. It’s the perfect mix between meaty and light with the veggies. AND THE BREAD…..that is a GOOD LOAF! The bread was so tasty and tasted homemade that I could honestly eat it plain too. It’s a perfect texture and it wraps like a taco, so that the stuff doesn’t come out of the sandwich when you bite. It’s literally perfect! I ordered it online and picked it up. Cruise ships came in that day so it was a little busy in there, but the cashier was so nice and he gave me a free soda! Everyone was smiling there. I’ll for sure keep coming here for my lunch breaks 🙂

Our belly’s left this sub shop extremely happy after eating our subs/hoagies/sammiches! Whatever you call yours, it was delicious! We enjoyed The Cowboy (turkey), The Balboa (Italian), The Butcher (roast beef) and a homemade PB&J French toast cupcake. And the service was so friendly and accommodating.
We will definitely visit this spot every time we’re in Key West!

Fantastic subs. Vacationing in Key West and wanted a quick bite for lunch. One of the best Italian subs I’ve had in a long time (The Balboa). The bread was incredible. Husband had the meatball (The Baller) and loved it. They also have Utz crab chips which is major points.

Stopped by here and met the owners Micah and Joy; had one of the best Italian subs I’ve ever had! Old Bay chips and a beer too! This is a must visit if you like all sorts of quality sandwiches!!!
