Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. I heard people say the place looks dirty and it needs serious repairs, but I’ve never gotten sick from here, my food have never been bad, orders have never been wrong. The people here are awesome, managers are wonderful. Lost of personality and professionalism. They really work hard and do their best. They remember recurring customers and their orders. I’ll walk in and already they’re getting my iced coffee ready.

This place is not clean the ceiling is stained with water spots there is mold right over the counter. The equipment looks unsanitary, they took onion rings from a stainless steel bin that looks like it could use a good cleaning. The service and employees are courteous but the space needs an update like last 2 years ago.

Still.my preferred fast food burger, but its fallen way off. The location on Douglas could use a major facelift. It smells as musty as it looks. The staff are very friendly and helpful which makes up for the old appearance. Overall I think they can improve, would I visit again, yes.

The manager is really nice! Great customer service. Our debit card strip wasnt working and she made sure we could eat and thankfully manually typed it in. Food was fresh and fries were crispy.

Placed my order in the drive through. Was not given a receipt and was asked to wait in the front of store. Waited 15 minutes until i decided to go inside . I asked for my money back cashier apologized while the manager completely ignored the situation of me not getting my order. He could of at least turned around and apologize to me at least . Service at this location is horrible and needs to be fixed . Unfortunate that I have to drive to a further location for at least decent service.

I don’t know what you people consider good food, but this is not it. Typical BK microwaved meh. They also messed up the order. The dining room is closed and the drive-thru closes at 9pm. I challenge you to find a fast food restaurant where the drive-thru closes that early. I went back at 9:40 and they were closed and asked me to come back tomorrow to get replacement food (why would I do that when they can’t get the order right) or a refund. I went there twice; I’m not going back a third time. They’ll have to process the refund over the phone. Pathetic.

These are the rudest fast food workers I’ve ever dealt with. They couldn’t follow any simple orders or instructions and talked crap about us over the microphone thinking we couldn’t hear. These are the people that force us to wonder why they think they deserve $15/hr. I will NEVER be back to this BK, you people are the worst

I go here all the time – it was an off day for them. Staff is friendly, but our food was horrible..it was dripping in Mayo and soaked the bread to mush! Threw out 2 sandwiches and I hate wasting food. I will go back and it’ll be better. Give them a chance..

I use to love this little out of the way place, but the last couple of times I have been there are terrible! The drive thru is sooo long of a wait, you literally just sit and wait forever.
The last wait she didn’t even have my order and told me to pull up and wait even longer for my food. No….not good. Avoid it if you can.

Terrible service and even worse food. Meat was cold and overall not good at all. I had to give then a chance because other locations we’re going down hill but it looks like all of them are just as bad. We need a Jack In The Box or Whataburger to provide a option. The lobby was more like a hangout for the staffs friends.
