We were hungry for Mexican food, so we decided to give this place a try. We ordered through GrubHub, and our order arrived right on time. Everything was hot and fresh, and the portions were seriously HUGE!!! There was more than enough food for two meals. They also threw in some chips and salsa, which was a nice bonus. We were really happy with everything, and are looking forward to going into the restaurant to try more of their dishes.

Best Mexican food in Huntsville… hands down!!! If I could give it a 10 out of 5 then I would. Having lived in Phoenix AZ for over 20 years, it has been a struggle to find Mexican food that meets my expectations, but they did. I’ve been there twice now and both times it was awesome. In Arizona we have mostly Sonoran Mexican food, which includes a dish called machaca beef. While they don’t have it, I spoke with multiple servers who knew exactly what it was, whereas the servers at other restaurants had no idea whatsoever. The shredded beef at this place is the closest you’re going to get to it. It’s tender and cooked with the tomatoes, onions, etc that you find in machaca, making the taste very similar. The only thing that I would say makes it not machaca is maybe a difference in some of the spices, but when I say it’s close… it’s close! If you’re looking for machaca, order the shredded beef quesadillas. Don’t even get me started on the Mexican corn. OMG while it’s not the typical elote served on the cob that I’m used to, I actually prefer it. Being served in a dish makes for a much less messy meal and they have mastered the perfect balance of each ingredient to where it tastes amazing. It’s listed under appetizers, but I’m my case I’m not sharing, so I would say it’s an appetizer for one! I also had the steak soft taco (I recommend adding extra shredded cheese and pico de gallo) and man was it good. Not like the other tacos I’ve had at restaurants here… it was packed full of meat and other toppings and tasted amazing. I’m always bragging to family and friends about how the tacos and burritos in Phoenix are huge, unlike here… but this place definitely measured up and did not disappoint. Also try the chili rellano… another awesome thing on the menu. All in all, I haven’t gotten anything here that I didn’t enjoy or wouldn’t suggest. Everything I’ve ordered, I would order again! On top of the great food, the staff is friendly and attentive and the restaurant/restrooms are clean. Show them some love and check this place out! It really is worth it for sure!

As a side note, the price point that I selected has alot to do with me being a big back and wanting to try everything! The prices are definitely fair and in line with other Mexican restaurants in the area.

Overall, this is not a bad place. Its a quaint littlecrwtautant situated in a strip mall. The servers were polite and professional and the food came out quick. My wife’s nachos were amazing, definitely recommend. The only downside for me was their overuse of onions in their food. I understand they cook with onions, but there were so many in my chicken, it was a bit overpowering.

I went here because I heard they served great Mexican food. They were not wrong!
We walked in and we were promptly greeted by the friendly staff. The restaurant was clean and busy!
We quickly ordered our food and the server was friendly and fast and for those wondering yes everyone speaks English, so don’t be afraid. Come on in!
Ordered some tacos and enchiladas. I say go for the combination meal. You get rice and beans and 2 choices of your preferred meal selection be it tacos, or enchiladas or burritos. The chips and salsa were really good and fresh and if you’re really brave you can ask for the special hot sauce with a bit more kick.
Overall for my first time here, I really enjoyed it and would definitely come back. Delicious!

Los Corralejos is one of those Mexican restaurants you can always count on for great food, fast service, and a welcoming atmosphere. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles and the smell of fresh tortillas and sizzling fajitas.

The menu is huge, and everything tastes homemade. Their enchiladas are packed with flavor, the fajitas come out steaming hot, and the tacos are always seasoned perfectly. The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and amount of food you get.

The chips and salsa are fresh, and the queso is a must-try. Service is quick even on busy days, and the staff checks on you often without being overwhelming. It’s a great spot for families, date nights, or just grabbing something comforting after a long day. Just had one little issue we go there all the time and one of the girls that works there had a very big mouth and insulting one of her coworkers this happened Monday night.

This is my go-to spot for authentic, fresh Mexican cuisine, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere that appeals to families. The staff is incredibly kind and courteous, and the portions are generous. I frequently host work meetings here, and the owner and manager are the epitome of respect and professionalism. The fresh guacamole is my favorite.

There are a bunch of Mexican restaurants like this in the area and I have no doubt that most reading this review have been to at least one.

The menu here is wildly varied with all manner of Tex-Mex style fare for any tastes. Tacos, burritos, enchiladas, fajitas/skillets, quesadillas, and the free chips and salsa is definitely made to please!

Their drink specials also make it a great casual place to stop in with friends and/or family for casual gatherings or celebrations! The service is great, with friendly, smiling, and attentive servers and the food portions are very generous (as one should expect from an eatery like this).

Definitely would recommend! Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

The quality & amount of food they give you is amazing. Wonderful, friendly service. Price is a good price point, too. My family has trouble remembering how to say its name so they just call it “Carlos”, lol.

Walked in to place a to go order but decided to sit down instead. Got seated immediately, & server promptly came to the table. Menu is expansive, food came out in a reasonable time, seating area was clean, ample parking. Ordered the Steak Mexicano (wish the veggies on top werent so wet & soggy because it took away from the steak), chips came out warm with the complimentary salsa, tacos were good. They were able to make a virgin daiquiri. Would recommend.
