Grabbing lunch at this location, Ari was my sandwich maker and she was very pleasant and helpful. If you haven’t had a Jersey Mike’s sub you are missing out, it is absolutely amazing. And make sure you get it Mike’s Way!

This place was just weird! I walked in and not a single employee said a single hello, we’ll be right with you, can I take your order nothing!
It was only one female working at the time and she was having a conversation with another employee and I’m still standing there in the order line.
Mind you there is no one else in the store other than me. Either they all just came from the back from taking a break -Yeah I said it because they act like they were stuck in time.
There was a loaf of bread on the floor that everyone either walked past or kicked over to the side. I had to repeat my order to her three times and she still got it wrong!
She never asked me what I wanted on the sandwich.
It was my fault that I did not check it while I was there. I just wanted my food and the exit – won’t ever go back – just do better y’all

this location always has great service and the sandwiches are always delicious! but, id say that out of all the times i’ve stopped in i haven’t had as good of service as from naseita. she loaded up my sub with the perfect amount of toppings, and had no problem with my extra requests. she was so nice and had such a great attitude and vibe. i’m hoping she’s there again the next time i stop in. she deserves a raise!!!

If you’re looking for a fresh, hot, healthy sandwich, there’s no other place to go than Jersey Mike’s in Orland Park on LaGrange Road. The meat is freshly cut in front of you, they always wear gloves, the staff is always pleasant offering a variety of hot and cold sandwiches, not to mention the list of toppings are phenomenal. Although their sandwiches are on the costly side, worth every penny.

We used to come here all the time as we lived in Orland Park. We’ve moved and the Jersey Mike’s In Palos Park is more convenient now. However, I was in Orland Park tonight and thought I’d stop by and grab sandwiches for dinner at the Orland Park store. Boy have things changed here! I’m not sure if there’s new management or what but it’s different for sure! Everything is smaller and thinner. The provolone cheese is basically see through. You can tell from my picture. And the meats aren’t much better. Even the sandwich lengths are shorter. I don’t recommend this location at all. I spent $45 for 2 regular sandwiches and one giant. Nothing special here…. Less product for more money

Very disappointing. I love JM but this visit was horrid. I notice that employees at many branches dislike when people order a mini. Half of my customized ingredients were missing, and this sandwich was dipped in mayo so it became soggy and inedible. They also only cut the top part of the sandwich in half so I had to complete it at home
The Red Wine Vinegar, Jalapeño Peppers, Oregano, Lettuce, and Cherry Pepper Relish WERE ALL MISSING: This is careless and lazy. If Jersey Mike’s offers customized toppings then they should honor them, OR not offer mini sandwiches which don’t fit extra ingredients to begin with, rendering employees frustrated over crafting a measly sub. I paid almost $7 for this mess..I am not a happy camper.

We came here for lunch at 1130am on June 21st 2025 and we had superb service from the staff. They were all very friendly and had great attitudes. The food was good and fresh also. I left this review for the staff so management knows who’s doing a great job. And today, they were on point. Keep these folks, they’ll improve your business and reputation.

The sub was good, bread was soft, staff was excellent but the pricing, it’s a sub cold cut sandwich. For what I paid here, anyone could have bought 2 foot longs at subway. Yes, I know that was a low blow and I’m kind of tired of them but pricing…that’s only thing they have up on this place. Food was good and yes fast!
