I really hope this one gets noticed.. the two gentlemen (did not get their names) that took my order/made my order around 7/7:30 on 8-13-25… hands down provided the best and most professional experience I’ve ever gotten from a domino’s. They are what makes or breaks truly good experiences!!!!

I’m literally going to take away all of my stars because the way Domino’s handle their mistake is unacceptable.
I ordered one pan pizza no sauce add sausage and extra mushrooms. What I received was one cheese pan pizza? The second pizza I ordered was also incorrect? I ordered a hand tossed pepperoni and olive pizza. what I received was a plan pepperoni pizza?
I know that mistakes happen and never have had a problem with it what I have a problem with is a fact that Domino’s Pizza offered me two options. One was to remake the pizzas but I would have to also return the two pizzas that they made incorrectly. Their second option was to keep the incorrect pizzas and they would give me credit for my next order.
Since we waited almost an hour for delivery the family decided to just keep the incorrectly made pizzas because kids were hungry & we didn’t know how long the next delivery would take to get here or if the next delivery would actually be correct.
What Domino’s could have done was allowed us to keep the incorrect pizzas and had a new delivery sent to us correctly for the inconvenience. But they didn’t do that!!!!

Not sure why all the negative reviews because I’ve only ever had positive experiences at this location.
We recently moved way out to the middle of nowhere like literally GPS can’t even find us. So I was kind of worried that Domino’s wouldn’t be able to locate us but without any problem they were here within the 40 minutes that they said they would be.
Food was delivered hot and fresh. Ordered one hand toss pepperoni and it was delicious the crust was perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. The pepperonis were abundant and I can’t say that for most pizza places because they usually skimp out.
Ordered a spinach and mushroom pizza and that too was delicious. we ordered this on thin crust and it was absolutely perfect.
Also ordered a side of parmesan bites and they were delicious and very good size. I’ve ordered them from different restaurants and also different Domino’s location and they usually are no bigger than a marble. Not at this location they were huge definitely worth two bits.
Tried the new cinnamon twist and OMG they were delicious perfectly sweet without being way too sweet.
We even ordered some drinks and amazinf they were with my order. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve ordered drinks from different restaurants and they always forget them. So three stars just for getting me my drinks!!!!!
The delivery person was great & had a wonderful attitude!!!!

Don’t recommend. Placed an online order for 2 hours prior to picking up. I arrive 5 minutes before pizza is due and was told it would be about 5-10 minutes before. As soon as I was given my order wings had hardly any sauce and I was missing 1 pizza. Lady said pizza had to be remade. It is now 30 minutes past the pickup time and have now wait 10 minutes. This location needs more employees or close down. I do not recommend coming here.

I ordered my food at 5:44 pm, i stay 10 minutes up the road from them. I never recieved my order and when i called them the second time to tell them i was waiting an hour and fifteen, now almost half an hour and i was instantly put on hold then after two more minutes they hung up on me. Never got my food, never got a refund. And on top of that when i would try and report an issue it said my order was complete when in fact it was not.

Completely Ridiculous…. I sit waiting so long for my pizza that was suppose to be ready that a police officer comes & asks what the problem is… Shining his flashlight in my face & all inside my car… After getting harassed by the police I still had to call Dominos about my order .. which they still had a problem finding their way to the only red vehicle in the near entire vacant parking lot…. DO BETTER DOMINO’S, or Let LPD do your carside deliveries if you’re going to be slacking.

Ordered two pizzas with alternate sauce and parmesan Asiago for the one topping. Pizzas came out with only the parmesan on them – no sauce and no mozzarella. Based on the ticket printout, it’s pretty clear how the assembly went pear-shaped. Manager on duty stated that the sauce must have “dried up” but offered to remake one since I had to leave the other one for the hungry kids to manage. Held my tongue (there wasn’t even a stain of red on the pie that I pulled apart for him) and agreed to have a remake. Got replacement pizza and was edible but still 3 of the 8 pieces had almost no cheese. No dough management from the oven staff during the cook and obvious skimping on the groceries.
My local Domino’s does a stellar job of churning out consistently great pizzas, so I don’t know if there’s a process issue, an equipment issue, or just an overall training issue, but these guys really need some help from district management if they’re going to climb out of this hole. This coming from a former Domino’s employee. Pics are of the remake and the original.

My pizza came out perfect. It was cut the way I wanted it, square cut, and the atmosphere was comfortable. I was welcomed upon entering the door, and thanked before leaving.

Hi, I want to share my opinion on the pizza that I got from Domino’s. I gave five stars to it all because the food is perfect. I got my pizza and I was like oh my God, the Pizza was well put together. It wasn’t falling apart. I could pick up each slice and eat it and nothing is falling off of it or falling apart or anything. It’s very well put together and it’s really good. I just needed to say something about that. The guys were really cool. They were really nice. I didn’t have to wait long. I followed the Domino’s tracker and it was ready when it said it was ready and a guy help me who was making the pizza and he was able to give me my pizza right away. Keep it up guys. I don’t even live here in Longview. I’m actually just visiting and passing through and I wanted a pizza with my favorite toppings and it turned out to be an amazing pizza.
