Had lunch at Pho Banh Mi Saigon Baguette & Boba Tea in Melbourne yesterday, and it was incredible! The pho was off the hook, rich, flavorful broth with fresh herbs and tender noodles. The grilled pork banh mi sandwich was amazing, juicy, perfectly seasoned, and had just the right spicy kick (oh man) ️. The spring rolls were fresh and delicious , lastly, that matcha cream coffee was pure awesomeness ☕ .
PLUS: Friendly staff, generous portions, and everything came out fresh and fast. One of the best Vietnamese lunch spots in town

I wanted pho and checked my til tok for local eats and this popped up as a must try. It did not disappoint! The staff was very friendly and helpful when ordering. I had the grilled chicken spring rolls and pho filet mignon. I drank a lychee black tea. The broth was savory and delicious and filet mignon tender and flavorful. The portions were large and i want more! I want to go back to get another tea and some sweet next round.

So, my wife and I have enjoyed many Vietnamese restaurants all over the country. Supposedly, some of the best and we have found a few that are really outstanding. But not any more outstanding than your foe and the sandwiches, fantastic the atmosphere even better. And the service off the charts, we will see you guys again.

Unrelated to the food, this place deserves a 5 star because of the cleanliness of the restroom. Now to the food. Pho is delicious. Also food is hot and fresh. The drinks, slushies are so refreshing. I would definitely recommend.

I am currently a little sick and stuffy and knew I needed broth and some spices to clear me up. I’ve never had pho before and I wanted to give this place a try. I explained on the phone that I didn’t know what I was ordering I just needed something spicy so I got the spicy beef noodles (bo bo hue). The woman on the phone was so amazing, she explained what it was and what it came with and included extra chili oil and spices for me. I added all of chili oil, it was packed with flavor! The whole pho dish was amazing. The flavors in the broth were rich and delicious. I can’t wait to come back and explore more of their menu!

Please don’t pass up the opportunity to try this establishment if you are looking for an excellent meal, whether lunch, dinner or take-out! The restaurant is very clean, with a great variety of choices. Soups are extremely tasty ,and the plates are well presented, with amazing flavors! We chose a booth to sit at, and after just a little bit of a waiting time, out came our lunches. Delicious!!

This, was a nice find! Amazing atmosphere inside, and lots to see and potentially purchase, aside from the menu items. Frozen treats, dried fruits, lots of little goodies.
The food and flavors were really nice, although I would in no way recommend the popcorn chicken as the meat was dry and breading too crisp. Everything else was delicious. A lot of menu options to consider, and would certainly return.

This place left me wanting for nothing. The service was great, friendly, accommodating, and attentive. The wait wasn’t long at all. The menu promises me I can enjoy may dishes before I ever have to repeat a one. The atmosphere was perfect. Lastly, The FOOD! Outstanding. I started looking forward to returning the minute I walked out the door. It is a must stop in Melbourne Fl.

This is officially the best pho restaurant I’ve eaten at in Melbourne. The broth is perfectly seasoned and comforting, the portions are generous, and everything tastes so fresh.
