Had an amazing meal here I highly recommend the chipped beef, eggs and bacon. The bacon had a smoky taste and definitely the best I’ve had in a while. Relaxed environment and chill. Coffee has good taste.

Awesome restaurant with excellent food, staff and prices! The fresh cut fries are delicious as is the chili and thick, juicy cheeseburgers. Also make sure to save room for dessert – the homemade apple pie is to die for!! We can’t wait to come back and try more menu items!!

I dont know why individuals say these people are rude and not welcoming. I feel like those are lies, i came here from out of town simply because ive never have been here and i was out this way randomly. Everyone was VERY friendly, they are family owned, they are welcoming and talkative. If you havent eaten here or heard of this place id recommend coming here immediately to eat. The food is delicious, who cares if they do have walmart plates and cups whoppie do… grow up and learn to support small businesses. I was able to sit anywhere, i had to use to atm so what. If you dont like not being able to pay with cc just bring cash then, cash is always king anway. Come eat here and enjoy the ambiance and delicious foods.

The restaurant was able to accommodate a large group with short notice. The staff had everything ready for us when we arrived, and brought drinks and took our orders quickly. Looked like there was only one cook, but all of the food came out fairly quickly, it was all still hot, and came at the same time. Drink refills were timely, and even though we needed our checks to be grouped oddly, they were all correct. I heard only positive feedback from our group members. They don’t accept credit cards at this time, so bring some cash or use Apple pay.

Haven’t ate here yet but I’ve heard the grub is pretty good. Most are saying about not taking bank cards. Well I hate to tell ya but that’s most restaurants around this area unless you go into Chambersburg. It costs too much for small businesses to have a CC reader machine. So either deal with it or go elsewhere. And no we’re country folks so we’re scared of you outsider city slickers lol.

Small business ok I guess if you’re a local. Didn’t seem too welcoming to outsiders. Cash only! Found that out when we went to pay then seen a small sign in the window as we left. They do have an ATM in there which probably charges an arm and leg just to use. Food was subpar for the price they charge!! While we were there a family came in was told to sit where ever, not many tables to choose from, they didn’t even sit down all the way and left. Probably seen the Walmart cups and plates the food was being served on! Doubt we’ll go back.

Cute little locally owned diner w/ good food at a reasonable price. Great options for breakfast potatos (can’t go wrong w the cube potatoes or the hash brown casserole). They only take cash or venmo no CC’s.
