These cookies were absolutely delicious! We couldn’t resist and had to get two chocolate chip because they looked so good. The edges were perfectly crispy, while the middle was chocolatey, gooey, and downright amazing. I definitely recommend checking them out and don’t forget to support a local business!

I really wanted to like this place and gave it a shot, love to support small businesses. But this was a complete disappointment. Waited at least 10mins for 4 cookies (3 cookies and 1 brownie) and we were the only customers in the shop. Cut the cookies when we got home and 2 of the 3 were barely cooked. I had such high hopes that they would be fully cooked versus what you would get from Crumbl, but was let down. So I basically paid for 4 cookies and only 2 being edible. I truly hope for improvement in this establishment because it does not compare to the quality you would get from their cheesecake store.

Just what the Plainfield area needed! These are the most decadent cookies you will ever try! My favorite is the brownie cookie! One cookie can last a few days…or a few minutes depending on your will power! Great place to get your holiday baking needs!! Will definitely be back! Oh..and they have mini pies!! So yummy!

Waited for almost 45 mins for the cookie, and then she said that the one I ordered is not available. I had to take the one which was available. Granted that it was the opening day, but they should have planned it better and know what they can serve instead of giving incorrect information at the door and register. I will give it another try after a few days and maybe update the rating at that time if I see a difference.

Took my son in (who is a space enthusiast) so was pleasantly surprised to see the space theme! Hailey was our salesperson and she was fantastic! She was extremely engaging with my 4 year old son! The cookies were exceptional and we cannot wait to come back! Thank you!

Hate giving bad reviews but….I like their cheesecake store- cheesecakes are good but their cookie shop is not up to par. The cookies are so bad. It was such a disappointment.
The quality of the cookies is so so so bad; they tasted stale, very dry, and hard.

Loved their cheesecake store so my husband and I decided to try their cookie store for an afternoon pick me up. Space was cozy, relaxed, and clean. Customer service was excellent and even received a discount (special event from 1pm to 4pm on Thursday 05/01/2025). We tried a supernova brownie -which did come in a smaller size – along with swirl (chocolate and vanilla) soft serve and a large caramel salted cookie. The brownie was pleasantly fudgey and had a nice crust with decadent chunks of chocolate. The ice cream was a smack of nostalgia and I felt like a little kid again. The salted caramel cookie was soft, chewy, and enjoyable in a way adults and kids with good taste would appreciate as the slight saltiness of the caramel balanced the sweetness of the frosting. The overall size of the treats were shareable and a great value. Quality of taste and attention to detail regarding decoration on par with fresh baked goods made from scratch at boutique bakeries and my own homemade treats. Will be returning with other family members soon!

Super cool location that we were finally able to find time to grab some treats. We grabbed 4 cookies including the seasonal Almond cookie, oatmeal, crater chocolate chip, and the reeses. Would love to compliment the attention to detail that they put into this place and the cookies not being pure sugar bombs unlike some other chains. Staff at the front were super friendly and helpful. Wondering what the next seasonal rotation of cookies will be in the future. Price is actually way better than I thought it would be especially after trying some other chain cookie places.

My husband is very picky and so are my kids. They all had the cookies which they loved and I had the raspberry lemonade. Everything is made fresh so I am not sure why the other reviews said it tasted stale. I ate my cheesecake cake slice that I picked up from his cheesecake store because my love for Cheesecake outweighs my love for cookies. I am a long time customer and never had a bad experience….I will say I used to visit more when they were closer to me in Oswego but I still make the trek out to Plainfield.

Granted with the price of EVERYTHING today. These are definitely artisan cookies. Given that statement, they are absolutely worth the purchase. I bought a variety pack and was not disappointed. I left out the generic chocolate chip and went with the more unconventional cookies. Definitely not disappointed! I imagine regardless of the type/flavor these are going to be some of the best cookies you have had in quite awhile!
