I was looking for an affordable and high-quality wedding cake bakery, and I found The Enchanted Oven through a Google search. I was so surprised to discover this authentic Japanese bakery in Broomfield! We met the owners, Rod and Maki, and they are the sweetest people you will ever meet.
The communication process was wonderful — we discussed the cake design in detail, and they absolutely delivered! The cake was not only beautifully decorated but also tasted amazing. All our guests loved it!
We also ordered curry buns and peach pastries for the dance floor. Let me tell you — I didn’t even get to see them because they were gone in seconds! Thank you so much, Rod and Maki!

Best customer service I’ve ever received in my whole entire existence. And I’ve been alive for a pretty long time. No seriously I’m basically older than the oldest turtle on the planet. And I’ve been to many many locations around the world and this has to be the best service with the most delicious bread. This place was on my list for a while now. Idk why I waited so long. Every bite was truly fantastic. Fluffy, savory, and aromatic. Our second time here and 100% worth the drive. Don’t go to Wally World for your desserts. Definitely come here!

I frantically came to Enchanted Oven and the ladies were so sweet and definitely pulled through for me last minute and the weekend of a holiday. This is a staple of mine! I’ve been coming here weekly for the past couple months trying something new each time and everything has been DELICIOUS! I really enjoy the people there, fantastic service, and very cheery atmosphere! Very grateful for little slice of Japan right in my neighborhood! The Enchanted Oven is such an underrated spot in Broomfield! The first time I came by, they were almost sold out and I only managed to snag the last steam bun. That alone told me how loved this place must be.
I came back today and finally tried two BBQ Pork Belly buns, a fruit croissant, and a vanilla chai latte. The buns were amazing, the croissant was fresh, and everything tasted homemade with care. The chai was a bit lukewarm, so I reheated it once I got back to my hotel, but the flavor was still really good.
What makes this place even better is the people—the owner is truly a sweetheart, and the cashier is always friendly and welcoming. That personal touch goes a long way.
Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!

Maki made me the most gorgeous tiramisu cheesecake for my partner. We also got a jiggly cheesecake and she threw in a tiramisu and matcha slice! My partner said it was the most delicious cheesecake only second to their mom’s. Thank you for making my partner’s birthday delicious and special!

Stopped by here for a Sunday afternoon dessert after receiving a recommendation from a local as they know I enjoy Japanese bakeries. It was 30 minutes to closing, but staff was friendly and didn’t try to rush us.
Most items were sold, but there were still a few items left. Ordered the red bean bun, curry bread (kare pan), and a strawberry cake. Having spent many years in Japan, these were very authentic. Bun and bread were both very light and fluffy. Cake was made the traditional way and not as sweet as American cakes.
I wish I came earlier when there were more items, so I’ll just have to make a return trip next time I’m in the area.

Enchanted oven is top-notch. We ordered a cake here for a special occasion and they did a terrific job with it – looked very nice, and tasted delicious. It was chestnut buttercream; but, I have feeling you can’t go wrong – guessing all the cakes are good. And, the customer service is excellent as well.

THE best Japanese bakery around here. They perfect the traditional Japanese bakery goods like red beans bun (an-pan), cookie bun (melon pan), and the pain au Chocolat (chocolate croissant). And let me tell you about their oh so delicious curry bun (curry pan). Soft yet crunchy on the outside, moist and chewy dough on the inside, and that curry inside is like liquid gold… I have yet to taste their cakes but I hear they are equally exquisite.
Highly recommended for those looking for excellent quality bakery goods made with passion and love. Guaranteed to put a smile on your face!

I needed a sweet treat delivered to my Valentine and the Enchanted Oven was the perfect choice. I spoke with the owner on the phone, she was so kind and assisted me with my order to ensure it was perfect. I ordered the Valentine special. It came beautifully packaged and everything looked divine inside.
I also ordered the special cream puff of the day which my boyfriend said, “there was a fresh raspberry in every single bite.” It looked so fresh and incredible. A chocolate croissant rounded out my order making it enough for free delivery. The delivery man was right on time and found us with no issues.
So far my Valentine has loved every delicious bite, especially the macaroons. Thank you for making this holiday extra sweet for us. You have a customer for life in me.
