I had a wonderful experience at Pizza Hut thanks to Miya! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm and genuine smile that made me feel welcome right away. Her customer service was outstanding!
What really stood out was how fresh my pizza was. Miya took the time to make sure it was prepared perfectly, and you could tell she cared about the quality. The pizza came out hot, fresh, and delicious.
It’s rare to find service that makes such a positive impression, but Miya truly did. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I entered the restaurant and some one said something from the back. Another lady came in and a worker came out the door and helped that person. I addressed the issue when the lady left. My pizza was not ready at the promised time.Very disappointed. I am here almost every week.

Miya prepared my order and it was good. She is always friendly when I am there whether I am dashing or picking up my own food. She reminds you of a cool cousin, that gets you squared away with whatever. I look for her whenever I go into the Lake City Pizza Hut

It is always an issue at this Pizza Hut. I ordered my food about 12:30, it said ready by 1:03. Online says ready still had to wait until about 1:40 before I got my food. I only got 1 pizza and some wings. I gave 2 stars because the pizza was good but the wings were literally sitting in oil, then some were undercooked and some overcooked.

I gotta go with 2. 2 out of 5 times, I’ll get my order or most of it. The rest of the time, it gets cancelled, 2hrs later, with no reach out to me, so I can order elsewhere. Today, I ordered one pizza, like I usually do after my last work shift ends, at 11am. Here we are at 1pm, and it still hasn’t shown any progress online. Got a text of being delivered by doordash, but the link sent by that, says PH themselves, are delivering. So, I’ll have to force myself to stay up another hour, to get the inevitable cancellation…

I wish I never ordered at this location, I literally sat in the lobby for over 25 min before someone even said hello to me. Feb.26 at around 3:15pm, I finally said excuse me to one lady and she ignored me and told the other lady I must be talking to her. The Pizza Hut on Mt Zion allowed door dash to deliver my pizza and the person left it outside on my front porch. Ants got all over and inside my pizza. I asked them to hand it to me. Ms. Brandy at the Lake City Pizza Hut was very professional and handled everything for me in a timely fashion. I appreciate you Ms. Brandy !!! I will be back !

Placed order over the phone, employee was polite and nice. Upon arrival at the store to pick up pizza, the inside lobby/register area was very low light dim. Employee was polite again, once back at home I began to eat a slice and was not satisfied, due to the excess amount of tomato sauce which was very tard, pizza also tasted half cooked, unfortunately they are very selfish with each toppings.
The following morning I returned the pizza back to the store and explained and showed the pizza to the employee who offered to remake the pizza. I really wanted a refund, but due to her offering to remake it I stoodby until the pizza was completed. Nice presentation of the pizza but still very selfish on the toppings. Pizza tasted better than the one before.
For a $24 pizza that had the toppings amount of a frozen grocery store bought pizza, I will not be returning back to this store for any service.
