I’ve honestly never had a worse drive thru experience anywhere. I did a mobile order and we pulled up to the speaker we waited and no one took our order or acknowledged us for several minutes. We finally said hello and we were ignored the first time and the second time we said hello the person on the speakers rudely yelled what?! And said are you going to order or something to that extent. Then when we asked about a menu item he was super rude and acted like we were the biggest inconvenience in the whole world. I’ve experienced rudeness in the drive-thru before but never to this level. We decided we weren’t going to give our business to this location because of this and when we drove around what appeared to be a manger was the one in the window. Completely unacceptable and disappointing.

Drive up window. The worker was curt, sharp, and pushy. Was not busy. No one behind us. Made a big deal repeating numerous times Arby Sauce or Hickory BBQ!!! Horsey Sauce??? The order was messed up. There were no packets of sauce whatsoever! I have always been to Arby’s elsewhere and the service was impeccable. Not here not this day. Sadly I will not return. I’ll go if I am in Sioux Falls!!

I have been to this arbys several times and food has been not so good. Small portions and not receiving what I ordered. Haven’t been there since 2024. I went today and it was great! Food was fresh and sandwiches were as advertised. Exactly what I paid for. I spoke with the manager and he knew my order even though it was an hour later. Great guy and he should be recognized as well as his team! I will come back as long as he is there. Thanks

Terrible service. The order taker had an attitude for no reason. My friends and I remained calm. At the window, they forgot multiple things, took so long to get stuff out to us, and asked us if we wanted things (drink carrier, sauces, etc.) that they never ended up even giving to us. They ought to be more professional as a whole. 0/10 and I didn’t even cop an attitude back. Also.. there is like NO chocolate sauce in my shake

Rude, had an attitude problem, I asked for both my meals to be medium then rang them up separately then had an attitude when I asked them to fix it. Then I asked for Fanta and I got coke asked them to fix it, the older woman got an attitude and was complaining to the other coworker in drive thru and to top it off we handed me a ripped bag didn’t offer to get me a new one. At this point I’m disappointed and disgusted with their behaviors. I will not b going back. Horrible experience m. Any other time I go I loved my experience

Usually everyone there is nice/ friendly. Food is fast food, but fairly good. It’s nice they have Gyro’s and wraps for a bit more of a healthy choice. It’s never too busy and kept fairly clean.

I came through the drive through and ordered 2 sandwiches and the lady says if you make a donation, you get a coupon for a free sandwich so I tell her to round it to the nearest dollar. I was told it would be a minute and 5 minutes later, a guy with a bad attitude pretty much throws my bag at me and I was thinking, ok, I must be done. I drive off and look in the bag for the coupon, ther is no coupon. I’m irritated so I get home and pull the sandwiches out. I am shocked because I ordered 2 sandwiches that were almost $8 each and there is hardly any meat in them. I put it on my scale to see how much it weighed. not a qtr lb sandwich like it advertised i was honked off and I’m not going back for obvious reasons.

Jim had terrible customer service and made me feel very unwelcome. All I wanted was a roast beef sandwich. None of the employees looked like they wanted to be there and they were all rolling their eyes. I’m very disappointed.
