This place consistently has good coffee and I like the baked goods (when in stock). The staff is very friendly.

This is 4 stars because there is a big problem. When you uber eats something from this place, it’s a toss up if you’ll actually get the item (and a further toss up if you’ll get a refund).

My household only has one car, and sometimes I do want to splurge and get this delivered since the nearest starbucks is miles away from my place.

What happens is that you will get the uber eats delivery, and there will be a tiny slip that basically says “Oops, we’re out of the item”. I have to request uber to refund the item. The problem is that Uber uses an algorithm that punishes people for requesting too many refunds.

What happens is that I will try to order something like a bliss bar tray (like 20 dollars in the app) and i’ll get this note. Then I have to fight Uber to get a refund.

If starbucks knows they are out of an item, why don’t they take the item off the app or tell the driver or do something?

My girlfriend was being nice one day and uber’d me some starbucks stuff before an at-home exam (which was very sweet) and two of the 3 baked goods were missing at the time, and Uber wouldn’t give her a full refund. She had to eat the cost of a scone because of this silly system.

I would advise not ordering any baked good or specialty item from any starbucks unless you call the place in advance before you place the item.

If the item is out of stock and you really can’t take the item off the item in uber eats, it would make more sense to give a prepaid gift card or a coupon for that item at a later date. That would be fair instead of having to fight uber .

I had an extremely difficult night and subsequently emotional morning today after our kitten passed away very unexpectedly. I broke down in tears at the drive-thru window (I’m also several months pregnant). I frequently go to this Starbucks on my way to work and the people are consistently kind. Today, they went above and beyond and gave me my large fancy holiday coffee as well as my breakfast sandwich for free. What a sweet, unnecessary gesture during my time of need and vulnerability. I am extremely grateful for these individuals, this act of kindness is something I will never forget.

I’ve been a longtime consumer of everything Starbucks, so with my experience I think it’s safe to say; this is a wonderful location. Friendly staff, fast service, everything’s great…except for the manager.

I’ve seen comments on the atmosphere concerning the staff and manager of this store across multiple platforms, and I have to agree with most of them. The staff is super friendly and happy to serve you, but when the manager emerges from the back you can almost immediately feel the chill coffeehouse vibes evaporate as this wave of corporate depression consumes the cafe.

I’ve only truly interacted with her a few times, however I can easily say she’s rude to her customers, which makes me worry about how she treats her employees. I mean, she’s been quick to begin arguing over a minor mistake whereas any employee who’s made a similar mistake is immediately apologetic and fixes the problem no-questions-asked.

Almost every problem I’ve had with this location—every star I’ve deducted from my review—has had very little to do with the staff. Of course there have been a few minor issues, but they’ve been quickly resolved, hence why anytime I visit this location I pray I’m served by any of the friendly, attentive staff instead of her. All I want is my coffee—not a headache.

The Best Starbucks in the Southeast! Every associate was smiling, greeted me, and made recommendations from the menu. The service was fast, by order was accurate, and the cashier even knew the regulars order head of me. Quality people, clean atmosphere, and attention to details! They even helped me by recommending somewhere to get an oil change. Thank you 08/27/25 opening crew! You are the BEST!!!!

Will not be going back to this location. Decided to go in instead of the drive thru because my teenager wanted a special drink she found on Instagram. On the patio was a man with mental health problems pacing back and forth blocking the entry way cussing and ranting very loudly. It felt very unsafe with my two young daughters and myself having to enter and exit in such close proximity to him. When exiting he followed behind us until we were off the patio. Starbucks workers have no interest in asking him to leave or to stop.
