Food was decent Mexican fare. The service, while not bad, was somewhat spotty and impersonal. Multiple servers showed up at odd intervals, never showing much engagement with or warmth towards our party of eight. Our food arrived one or two plates at odd intervals over the course of about ten minutes, giving the experience a disorganized and impersonal feel.

My grandmother and I went Thursday for lunch and it was the absolute best we have ever had. Must have been a new cook. Great atmosphere and food.

We used to go to La Careta at the 29. We love it in there the 2 locations. We voted today at the Court House so we just decided to eat here in El Mariachi. I ordered Quesadilla veracruzana. It surprised me when they delivered it the portion was so little. After few minutes while I was eating, one of the employee was carrying the grilled shrimp 6 pcs.. They said they forgot to mix them to my order lol. I don’t usually eat the whole plate but this time I ate everything since is was not a lot not sure if I wanna recommend thos place to my friends

I’m throwing the 5 star out there.
I had the quesadilla texano and although it was soggy on the bottom and I had to cut it to eat it it was amazing!
My salad and rice were great as well.
Next year we are due back in the area and we are absolutely stopping here for food.

The food wasn’t bad but it was certainly nothing out of the ordinary. The service is really quite slow even when few people are in the restaurant. Having waitstaff that can actually speak English would likely be helpful.

I’m from the southwest and grew up eating food with authentic Mexican flavors. This is one of the better Mexican food places in town. Chips and salsa were served before starting the meal. The salsa was excellent. Split the fajitas! So delicious. All of the seasonings were traditional Mexican. So delicious (in case you didn’t catch it the first time).

The staff are great. Most of the staff speak Spanish but there are a few servers who speak English. The guy who I spoke with was a hard work gentleman from Mexico; cool story and phenomenal work ethic.

The location was clean. Service was very friendly. Food was great ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

** I TOOK A VIDEO OF THE FAJITAS. YOU CAN SEE AND HEAR THE SIZZZZZLE
