Went here twice, hoping the second time would be better and it was worse.
The first time was a Monday evening and I ordered online – turns out there were no fajita veggies (see photo) and I would have gotten something else had I known. Unclear why it didn’t have them marked as unavailable online.
The second time was a Thursday evening, also online ordering. I ordered the same order as before, tacos on the corn shell. They gave me flour tortillas which unfortunately I am not able to eat. What a waste. You shouldn’t have to check your order every time before you leave the store.
Won’t be coming back here.
Edited: Chipotle wouldn’t refund my second order and gave me a reward to make me come back instead. I tried a third time and alas, they still couldn’t follow the order for three corn tortillas. Had my credit card provider refund me instead. Unclear why this place is so bad.

This specific location is always incredibly slow. Doesn’t matter if you go during lunch time or not. A lot of the time they have one person doing the job of two/three. The food, however, is always really delicious and fresh. Was in line a few weeks ago and there was a legit loud argument between a customer and whoever was doing the online pickup (idk who was in the wrong but it was so uncomfortable). I also wouldn’t recommend getting this location doordashed. I’ve done doordash here three times in the past and all three times they gave me the wrong one.

We stood in line for 15 minutes and the line barely moved. There was one young female on the line making food was doing a good job, however she needed help. There was an older white lady that was standing at the cash register. She literally stood there watching the other girl bust her butt. She handed out mobile orders. I hope she’s not a manager, if she is she is a very poor leader and an even worse employee. After standing in line for 20 minutes I left, as well as about 6 other customers. Chipotle you need to do better. Date 7/26/2025 time 1:30 p.m.

Had to wait 15 in the line only to get to the windows and they were out of rice steak carne asada sour cream lettuce corn and guacamole!!! The worker making the food had not support or anyone helping him with prep and replacing the thing a he needed. It was a complete disaster!! Not to mention the work space was dirty and food was everywhere

I absolutely love chipotle’s food. I eat here OFTEN. The food quality is the only reason I keep coming back. Every now and then the service seems slow, but never gotten cold food. I love that there are different options that I can customize according to my diet. I get exactly what I want every time with no questions and the food itself truly is amazing.
BUT… you can almost guarantee that no matter how the line workers treat you, your day will be ruined by the lady at the register. Never smiles, never asks “how are you today?” And always has an attitude. She acts like she absolutely hates working there and she is the only reason I hesitate to go back more often. Very POOR customer service with her and I am always so disappointed in how I am treated by this person when I come in. I treat people the way I want to be treated, but it’s very hard to do that when someone just tells you what the amount is, shoves the receipt in your face and just says, “thanks.” It never changes no matter what time of day you go. I understand that people have things going on in life, but this is literally EVERY time I go in there and if it’s affecting her work, she needs to be let go or corporate office needs to have a long sit down with her. Honestly ridiculous.

I’m a huge Chipotle supporter, even in other states, when traveling. However, this Chipotle is a POOR representation and seriously needs an overhaul ASAP. This Chipotle was very dirty, food mixed together [brisket and chicken], which wasn’t acceptable for me who doesn’t eat beef at all. Upon my request for a new pan of chicken due to meat mix-up, I received such a negative attitude from the serving female. I asked for the manager on duty. She arrived to counter and I explained my issues with shock and also stated how dirty this Chipotle is and that attitudes here are unacceptable. Ms. Taylor did apologize, stating, “Short staff tonight.” However, there were lots of employees standing around the serving counter. I’m sure Chipotle lost a big amount of business at this particular Chipotle, including me. Florence is a nice city as long as you don’t eat at this Chipotle. #Pitiful #Nasty #NoMore4me

Filthy. The drink area was a mess, all 4 trash cans were overfilled, bathroom had no tissue, ice machine was leaking water on the floor, the drink area had trash on the counter and no tops for cups until someone told the staff. My aunt had to ask for a manager to tell her that the bathroom had no toilet tissue and to at least take the trash out. The manager said it was a shift change but they still had plenty staff. The pinto beans were dried out and caked on the pan sides and again my aunt had to ask for new beans. Management for the afternoon/evening shifts needs to step it up and lead better!

Quite possibly the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been too. The line was through the door and I’ve never been to a Chipotle this bad. Not only was the place a mess, they were out of guacamole and didn’t have any chips at 7:30 PM. The entire place was a mess especially in the cooking area and trash was overflowing. I never write google reviews, but this location was that bad so I had to!

We typically love Chipotle. We are traveling and stopped into the Florence location. The bathrooms had water all over the floor. The womens was clogged up so we went into the mens room. It was absolutely disguisting. Feces all over the seat. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in months.
The food was mediocre. The steak was so fatty that we could barely chew it. We went to sit down and there was food all over the seats and floor. I would never come to this location.
