I have been searching for a good Cheese steak and finally found it here! So I ordered one on Saturday then again on Sunday. One by calling the order through the app so they didn’t know who I was.. anyways both times exceeded my expectations. Moist, flavorful, delicious and satisfying! Not only that both experiences customer service was great as far as welcomed when entered and maintained a happy uplifting attitude.

Capriottis used to be very good but now they are weighing the meat they put on there sandwiches and cut it back to 1/4 of what they used to put on sandwiches. It’s nothing but bread! Git a turkey sub and it was like eating a mayonnaise sub!
If it was always weighed, you reduced the weight you put on it by A LOT! BREAD SANDWICH NOW!
Update: went back and got a turkey sub and paid extra 27$ for extra turkey and it still had hardly anything on it, apparently the employees did get memo about increasing the meat on sandwiches! Also sat there while I was waiting and watched the guy working register wheel a trash can out the front door, come back in and continue to take orders and hand people there bags of food without washing his hands, disgusting! This place has really went downhill

Staff was really nice, but very busy. We ordered two grilled Italians, it took 50 minutes and there was nothing on them but cooked meat. No veg, no oil, no mayo, no peppers, nothing but meat. Normally like capriotti’s but this location had a very off night.

I ordered online but for some reason they cancelled my order. The text said they were unable to fill my order. But it did not stop them from taking the money out of my account. Then they said the charge should be removed within 3 days. Why did they charge me if the order was cancelled by them? I reordered at the store before I saw the text that they had already charged me for the cancelled order. Now I have 2 charges. Very disappointed.

This place is absolutely awful. They made an advertisement promoting 25% bigger cheesesteaks. It’s BS. I got the tiniest little cheese steak. An average size hotdog would have filled the roll more. Never again.

Yummy!!! I think it’s called the BobbySlaw but not sure. It’s amazing with roast beef and coleslaw with other amazing stuff. The bread is so soft. When you want a hoagie this is where to go!

I ordered the “ world famous cheese steak” that made a customer cry. Yeah, I certainly cried…. Disgusting. The cook made it on a dirty grill. Tasted like burned onions and burned bread. Guess it was every order I tasted that touched the grill. Smh

I tried to call the number when I receive my sub. It was no meat on it and I had like a weird taste for me to spend almost $26 and delivery and a delivery fee. It’s kind of ridiculous. I was very upset and nobody ever returned my call or gave me a refund And DoorDash is a hassle and I got sick.
