Music in the store was so loud you can’t hear the person next to you. Had trouble ordering subs because we couldn’t hear the lady taking our order and she couldn’t hear us. Talk about ridiculous. Seriously man turn down the music!!!!

I love the crosbys worker adore her so much, but when I tell you the subway lady working quite literally walked out of the bathroom and almost walked into my friend and my friend apologized and the worker continues to roll her eyes and sigh, she starts making my friends sub and she’s having attitude the entire time throwing stuff down on the counter, after at the cash register, she didn’t ask my friend if she wanted anything else and my friend continues to finish her order, and after she got done saying what else she wanted, the worker rolled her eyes, sighs even louder and puts her hand on her head and leans sideways, she then made me wait for 15 minutes to order just one small thing and she ignored me standing at the register for that long, she doesn’t even look at me and I hear “what can I start for you”, while putting my food in the bag she was being so aggressive and had so much attitude she ripped one and had to get a new food bag, didn’t even tell me here ya go or have a good night. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, this was last night (1/27/25) at around 7 pm. Food was good but totally half assed.

The employees always make great food and always clean but could you put a second person on during busy hours. Like I’m sure your profits are more than adequate. Today three of us placed Mobil orders and couldn’t pick them up until way after pick up time. The solution is simple. Another worker during peak hours. Please consider this please for the love of people on their lunch break.

Today August 27, a friend and I had lunch, we ordered a meatball sub, which we split since a foot long is too big for either of us. We got one regular sized fountain drink and 3 cookies to share between us. The bill was $21 and change. The receipt was not available for me. The food was good, but very over priced today. I will not be going back there ever again.

The food is good always consistent but the young lady Veronica is very rude. Rolling her eyes constantly and making it very known she does not want to serve me. I will be honest if I see it is her working I will not go in. I’ll gladly drive the 10 minutes to Batavia instead for friendly service.

Always a pleasure to go here. The older staff of this location even have a nickname for me; “The Wrap Guy.” Easily the best subway in the Rochester-Batavia area. I could eat here every day. The staff takes the time to make each visit a personal one.
