when it was time to fix my plate she gave me all veggies and 4 PIECES OF MEAT!!! I paid ectra for my meat bc it’s premium! She was preparing someone’s food in drive thru and kept taking off pieces. She’s Just Ridiculous over all. Not only are you touching the meat but you’re being skimpy when i paying the price. Give me what’s owed. She doesn’t need to be working front line. DO BETTER
My wife and I visited Panda Express . She got double Orange Chicken with lo mein , and I went with half lo mein , half fried rice , plus the new Blazing Bourbon Chicken and Black Pepper Sirloin Steak . My wife and I thought the bourbon chicken would be 4x hotter ️ ️ ️ ️ than Orange Chicken, so we wanted to try a sample. But the staff refused us , which was frustrating. Considering we couldn’t get a sample, my wife decided not to risk it, and honestly, I should’ve skipped it too . The bourbon chicken was way too spicy and bitter —definitely not worth it.
The service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed spaced out , not very friendly, and no one was smiling . Only one person was helping guests inside while 5-6 others were focused on cooking and drive-thru orders , which slowed everything down .
The lot this location sits on is tiny . The drive-thru line easily wraps around the building ➡️ and can trap you in the parking spots ️, making it really frustrating to leave. On top of that, it shares a single exit with Dutch Bros Coffee ☕️, making it chaotic and hard to navigate . Princeton seems to have a trend with these cramped fast food spots ️, which doesn’t help the experience.
Overall, this visit was disappointing . Between the lack of samples, the slow service, and the cramped lot, it just wasn’t what we were hoping for.
found hair in my food and it sucks when u are paying over 15$
rather leave the hair on the persons head and not my food.
