Had delicious Italian Wedding soup and a vanilla steamer. The service is friendly. The coffeehouse is a tad noisy but cozy & eventually you tune out other conversations. Convenient meeting place.

Stopped in for an Americano. There was no line so I went to the counter to order. Someone else walked up after I arrived and before the barista came out from the back and the barista helped him first. After that, I ordered and my Americano arrived quickly but it tasted burnt. Nice atmosphere and other reviews say they have good food, but I didn’t appreciate being served second when I got in line first, and the coffee quality wasn’t great so I probably won’t be coming back.

Kimball coffee is a nice cafe style coffee house. Mostly tables, but a couple of nice chairs if you get them first. The atmosphere is bright and pleasant, more like an open diner than the duskier “family room” vibe of some coffee houses.

Ok to the fare: the food is great. They have a moderate selection of quick bites. I don’t know if they’re made in house, but they taste fresh and delicious.

They have a standard coffee shop selection of drinks, with everything I’ve had so far being excellent. Really like the cappuccino!

Also, though I haven’t been (yet) they have live performances some evenings, which look like fun.

Overall, I would recommend Kimball coffee. The staff, and the other customers, are friendly and they offer tasty food and drink for good prices.

Came for live music and was blown away by HD Fusion. Great sound for live music. Flatbread was off the charts. Beers tasted fresh and the place was completely packed full of great people. Had a great time dancing. Will be back.

Genuinely super cute! It is difficult to find good coffee with a cozy atmosphere on the Gig Harbor waterfront (which is what i was lookingfor, on a Tuesday morning). Thankfully, just up the hill, is this charming spot with quality coffee, cheerful service and light bites, including breakfast sandwiches.

On 5/16/24, I visited Kimball Coffeehouse in Gig Harbor, Washington. This coffeehouse has a great history, which I’ve included a link to in the comments. Kimball Coffeehouse has live music on the weekends. The evening I arrived, they were setting up for Open Mic Night. They roast their own coffee beans. They have an extensive menu that includes Breakfasts, Smoothies, Sandwiches, Flatbread Pizzas, Salads, Soups, Snacks, and Desserts.

I ordered a Spring coffee drink called Bees Knees, which is a Lavender & Honey Latte. The flavor combination was a bit too subtle for me, but it was good. Next time, I will try something else. The woman sitting next to me ordered a BLT, which looked excellent!

One of the things I really like about Kimball Coffeehouse is they seem to have a lot of regulars. Coffee shops like that are hard to find.

I look forward to visiting Kimball Coffeehouse the next time I’m in town.…

Highly Recommended!!!

The breakfast burrito was good, but I will get something else next time. Not the best one I have had/made. The hot coco was very weak coco flavor. Will get that elsewhere. The staff was very friendly, seating was great. Atmosphere is very upbeat- if you are looking for somewhere quiet, not here. Cozy little coffee shop.

Only here because the options are extremely limited in this part of Gig Harbor (though Starbucks is a better option). $20 for a bagel and a coffee is just highway robbery, and it’s just insulting to shove the tip tablet in front of you after paying. The best part is waiting 15 minutes for your bagel as you finish your coffee, which costs $5 for a second cup. At some point, it’s just laughable. Off to Starbucks tomorrow.

Kimball’s has a fabulous turkey club sandwich, best I’ve tasted in years. Excellent quality turkey, perfectly crisp bacon, Romain lettuce and tomato, mayo just right, and perfectly toasted, thinly sliced bread. Don’t miss out on this one. Oh, and the coffee beans they sell are amazing.

This is the best venue for live music in Gig Harbor. So much fun. Amazing flatbreads. Everyone dances on Friday nights. Will definitely return.
