So I just got home from my takeout order and they got the order correct but the food was so bad. I go here literally all the time and it always tastes great but this was bad.
Opening the lid from the tin, a long black strand of hair lay between the lid and the sauce on the burrito.
The ranch sauce was also super liquidy, and must’ve been very watered down because there was no flavor in it.
The pork in my burrito also wasn’t shredded much, which also led to lack of sweet flavor. Large chunks of pork that weren’t shredded.
I lost my appetite a few bites in.
Like I said before I go here all the time and I typically love it. I know what my burrito is supposed to taste like and it is not this.

Dont eat here. Husband got the Nachos and litterly just did chips meat and cheese and black beans. We had to use lettuce, sour cream and everything else from home. Waste of hard earned money. So disgusting.

2. Run out of staple menu items. I’ve come in several times an hour before closing and they are already out of sweet pork and rice and refuse to prepare more. In which case I will simply walk right back out the door and eat elsewhere.
3. Small portions. Burritos here are much smaller than similar locations.
Great food as always, decent staff, but suffers from poor direction and management.

I ordered a grilled chicken burrito with black beans and they gave me shredded beef with pinto beans but hey at least they got the roasted green chili right!

We visited between lunch and dinner, so probably not prime time, but we noted the following: The music is LOUD.in the entry point and harsh, not background at all. There wasn’t a single employee we saw smile…not once. No one looked happy to be there. Bad vibe. The ingredients on our pork burritos were a little scant and though they were made together for two of us, unevenly applied. One had noticably more than the other. One employee was cleaning tables but in slomo. Many tables were dirty, even though there were few customers. The food was barely like warm and very bland. We left agreeing that we wouldn’t be hurrying back.

Sean operates with a level of polished efficiency that is truly noticeable. I was in a rush, and he didn’t just move quickly; he was organized and very patiently kind as I was in a huge rush and late for a customer’s appointment.
He clearly respects the customer’s time.

This is to the owner. Genesis as your manager is losing your location all sorts of money. I didn’t talk with her because only God knows how that would Have done to the people around and the pathetic roll they were putting food out at. Because of the wait many cars pulled out of your drivethrew because it was impossible to order- that’s just at the beginning of dinner time. I would have if I wasn’t blocked in. Food was very very mid at best. The kid working the drivethrew was a good person, however it did take 2 confirmations at the drivethrew and another one when I got to the window until my order was correct.

I was just there and ordered a regular salad with sweet pork. I basically got a tortilla and lettuce. There was a little dab of meat, beans, and rice. Fast food places are pretty much a joke now days. The orders just keep getting pricey and you don’t get anything. Oh then they shove something in front of you to TIP, who, and what am I actually tipping for? Sure wasn’t the food, the only service you get is they open the window and hand you your overpriced order. Another dive scratched off my list!

Will not be returning! Such a rip off! The tacos are supposed to have 2 ounces of meat and then you can buy double meat. Did not buy double meat, but the amount of meat on it is less than 1 ounce. Also, they skimp on the beans and throw on lots of rice and lettuce.. Paid more than $20 with a coupon for a free entree! They also charge extra for everything like extra salsa. the food taste good but definitely not worth the price. I understand inflation but when the prices are going up and the quantities are going down, that’s double the hit and completely unacceptable.
