Definitely not returning to this location. I don’t mind waiting for my order, especially when I can see that they are busy but when placed my order at 10:13 and did not receive my order until 10:50, it’s disappointing that when I asked a gentleman working where I can pick up an online order, he was very rude. He dismissed my response, laughing it off, and didn’t even give me an answer. Then when my order was ready, he wouldn’t even hand it to me.
Additionally, I paid for extra turkey and hardly received a single portion of turkey.

Ordered an $8 tuna lettuce wrap and received it with only shredded lettuce and tomato inside the lettuce leaf’s. Took it to counter and was told by a big guy to take it to the sandwich maker who STUCK HIS “gloved” fingers into my sandwich to make a place to put tuna on top instead of remaking it.
The tuna is supposed to be on the bottom and lettuce and tomato on top. Couldn’t eat it as was disgusting watching him dig his fingers into the middle of my wrap. They have too many employees and not enough integrity on how to treat people. Never go to Michigan City one again.

Delivery seems a little slow some days but the food absolutely makes up for it. Easily a lunch time favorite and perhaps one of the best JJs locations I regularly order from.

Stopped here on the way out of town. Easy to get in and out of if you find the traffic light.
As per usual, they provided very fast, very competent, and above all else, very polite service. I haven’t encountered almost any issues ever at a Jimmy Johns.
I’d like to also mention that this is one of the few places where redeeming your rewards seems very seamless and intuitive for the employees, which only improves the overall experience.
