Starboard Sauced (formerly Mama Celeste’s) has truly transformed into a fantastic spot! The space is now more welcoming, with some seating both inside and outside. The pizza has definitely evolved – some might prefer the old style, but no one can deny that it’s still delicious. Whether you’re a fan of the new or old recipe, you’ll enjoy every bite.
The staff is amazing! They’re always quick and friendly, and the place is consistently clean – including the bathrooms. It’s the perfect place to grab a slice, especially after a night out at the bars.
There is also a great mural just to the left of the front door that is great for Instagram. Highly recommend checking it out!

We were getting two extra large pizza’s, one being cheese/Italian and the other pepperoni, and when we opened the box back at the house it looked like a mess. We were in shock because we didn’t mess up the pizza. Grease leaked through the pizza box and one of our shirts got dirty. The pizza was greasy and looked very unappetizing. We were disappointed with the food so much that we rate this experience a one star. Also, the workers were laughing when we picked up the pizza’s, I assume they knew that the pizza was jacked up. I don’t recommend going to Starboard Sauced and we won’t be getting pizza from here again.

We’ve gotten food from sauced multiple times and every time it’s been delicious! Thw sandwiches are huge, I can barely finish a half myself. I’ve had the roast beef (the inlet) and the meatball sandwich would get both again. For the person who said their sandwich had barely any meat – I find that hard to believe or they listed to your complaint.

Honesty wins, the sauce at Sauced is bitter, way too bitter. Sweeten it up a bit or just adjust the PH for gs. Crust is great, cheese is great. Sauce sucks. Blatantly bad. Respect #Mamas ps service was 10/10

Meh. I had a slice the other day that was delicious. I got a whole pie this evening and it was just ok. Very average. But the people who work there are wonderful. Pies are only one size— extra large— so be prepared to spend $$$

Sauced is a pizza place. It produces pizza that taste good. These slices are generous. The kitchen is sanitary. I mostly gave it a good rating because the place that had been there before wasn’t clean looking and there were a lot of flies. I was happy to have Starboard take over the pizza place. The kitchen has been renovated. The place has been overhauled. I have confidence that management has good equipment and that they are up-to-date on food safety standards. I’ve had both carry out and walk in order by the slice and it’s been good. They have some modern type pizzas with pesto toppings and things so they they’ve updated from your standard Pizza joint.

This was by far the nastiest pizza I have ever had in my life. This place definitely only caters to the drunk crowd late night. Went in and ordered a large cheese pizza and they handed one to us not even a minute later. That was the first red flag that it was not even fresh and they just gave us one that’s been sitting around. The cheese around each slice were stuck to the box and when you would try to pull a slice out all the cheese would fall off completely. What a mess. Horrible quality and just horrible food. Should have looked up the reviews before going. I miss the old run down building that actually had great pizza here! Never again.

We order from here frequently, as someone who also works in a kitchen please wash your surfaces down better. The pizza or more specifically the dough has tasted like cleaner every time we’ve ordered for the last month. Whatever surface you roll dough on needs to be cleaned with water after cleaner. The taste is very distinct and unappetizing.

You have to understand with this town you have your uppity people that complain about everything… You see the reviews they have 200+ negative comments. I’m a New Yorker and I’ll say that this is one of the best late night pizza spots… I get the pepperoni and then add some hot honey OMG… Slices are big and the prices are decent for the location. Please don’t let these drunk idiots scare you away … It’s actually good pizza. Grottos is horrible …. Franco is a late night scam …. Maria wants 40$+ a pie late night … Sauced is the way to go!

These reviews are weird. We got 3 pizzas. Plain, pep and the delco (mushroom and spinach). All cooked well done. It is better than any pizza in dewey by far. We all loved it. Starboard restaurants may have given it a bad rap because the main restaurants aren’t too good. But this is. Get this pizza.
