This location is my favorite place to visit when I am on the island. The atmosphere is truly engaging if you want to relax and feel like you are truly in the islands. If you arrive by ship, remember that at some point you need to go back. I have sat at Taloulas’ outdoor seating, sipping on cold drink watching all the people running back to the ships and leaving. The food here is incredible. I spend 1 month on the island and visit this location at least 3 times a week. The street band is right across the boardwalk and there are always locals dancing and getting the visitors involved in the fun.
The staff are very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. If you visit the island this location is a must to visit, if you don’t get there, it’s your loss.

I had an enjoyable lunch because of the ambience and the vibes at the restaurant. The views from where we sat are so far unmatched and the live music had us dancing. The food was good. Everyone was pleased with meal. I had the jamexican quesadilla and a fruit punch. The dipping cheese sauce and seasoning cup really add to the flavor of the quesadilla. The jerk chicken could have been more spicy and the fruit punch could have been a bit more flavorful but was still enjoyable nonetheless.

I was first greeted by Dylan who was so helpful then came back once they opened and sat down outside under a tree in a cute seating area. Brian gave top notch service and the food was super delicious! I got the BBQ spare ribs they were definitely “fall off the bone” and had me licking my fingers. I didn’t leave a thing on the plate. This is my new spot whenever I’m on island again. I will definitely be coming back.

Food is GREAT! Recommend the honey and garlic pizza, it’s unusual and FANTASTIC, the only thing that falls a little short is reasonably timed service when they are busy and it’s a little pricy! Good cocktails too. Entertaining guy outside on guitar, changing lyrics to be about passers by! He’s great too.

I know my ribs having been experimenting for 2 years in creating the ultimate ribs. This also means you are most of the times disappointed when having ribs when you order/go out. This morning we spoke with the chef during our (and his) coffee break. He has been preparing the meals for 20+ years at this place and we tried one of his recommendations; half/half after we’ve visiting the local market, shops and yoda (who unfortunately was closed)
The ribs were an absolute winner! The jerk Chicken was perfectly spiced. What a pleasure! Best ribs in town? Who knows but I know they are next level and won’t disappoint!

Stopped for cocktails here as the place looked inviting. The main touristy stretch on St Martin, dutch side. Cocktails were nice enough, did not eat here. The ribs combo looked tasty though. No prices on drinks menu which doesn’t sit right. I witnessed some weird goings on while waiting for the toilet downstairs. One person definitely drugged up which made me feel uneasy immediately.

Absolutely gorgeous setting and amazingly delicious food at this not so hidden gem in St Maarten ! Located extremely close to the spot where you get dropped off by water taxis if you’re coming from a cruise ship. Definitely recommend the jerk chicken Mac and cheese and the ribs! Staff is also super friendly. If you’re looking for some delish food to enjoy by the beach with chill vibes and good music, this is the place for you!
