Where do I start… My husband and I just moved back to Boynton a month ago temporarily. We live less than 5 mins away from this little gem. We can’t get away from it. We eat at GSJ Bon Bistro at least 3 x a week. They are consistent in everything, so we go consistently.

This place is everything you could possibly want in authentic Haitian cuisine. I go there 5 day a week and the people there are amazing and very welcoming.

Excellent service! I got patties recently and they were absolutely delicious! As a new customer the owner gave me fresh bread to try. So kind and so nice! They are so professional and just caring people. The food is absolutely delicious! Can’t wait to come back!

update:They must have changed the cook because the deep haitian patties are not made to order(not crispy and greasy) and the patties are not good as they use to be. The ground beef looks dirty on the inside. i will not be back there again, prior this visit I haven’t been there in a few months due to bad customer service on the front end.
They HAD the best deep fried haitian patties but the other foods not so much. I ordered a griot and the meat was tough. The hot bread is really good but they are at times out which makes no sense, they are a bakery.
