Ordered my food at 11:40pm on a Thursday night and it said it would be here at 12:03. I didn’t receive my food until 12:40. I also called the shop asking why my food is late to know if something is wrong and they had trouble even finding my order. Then when receiving my food the driver called me saying he’s pulling up so I went outside and was waiting in the rain for 5 minutes to actually be here.

ok, normally I don’t leave a review for achain store but I have had this location deliver almost 10x in the past year and I have to say I am SUPER impressed. FAST delivery, perfectly baked and very nice delivery people. I have a golden retriever puppy and a delivery woman was soooo sweet asking to pet her and say hello! I highly recommend. Ordered on a Saturday morning. Even got a popup message that my order was only 6 minutes away…yay!! After waiting over 45 minutes from a place less than 3 miles away (“Vincent left at 11:22am”), I finally called the location shortly after noon and cancelled my order and requested a full refund. After 40 minutes being driven around my food would have been cold anyway. Not I remember why I stopped ordering from this location!! If they had communicated that deliveries were going to take so long, I would have had a different expectation.

Very friendly staff, was welcomed by the whole staff as soon as I walked through the door very professional and tidy and pizza was hot and fresh will definitely be going back to this location!! I’ve been to other Domino’s and this one is by far the best service I have received with this company!!

The worst domino’s ever they destroyed my order on Saturday night, which was ice cold I called back to place and order today and a young white male is answering the phone as of today who is very nonchalant very uncaring the manager had ended up putting a credit on my account, but this young man is very rude. I’m asking him what time with my pizza be delivered he saying “ I don’t know”. He said he don’t really have an idea you seem as if you don’t wanna be at work. I wish that he would just quit because this is not how you handle customers I understand about the snowstorm, but things in Greensboro North Carolina are somewhat clearing. I do understand there’s only two delivery drivers, but could you have a little bit more finesse and be a little bit More of respect and treat us with professionalism because we are not your friends. We are a customer and we should be treated as such. He is so ignorant the one answering the phones now! I need corporate to handle this situation

This is the only Dominos I know who let their delivery drivers do what they want so tonight litterally the delivery driver lied to his gullible easy going manager and said where I am the office is basically blocking the entrance up but if they did that no one would be able to get to and from their room they never blocked access to a delivery I have a kid and I can’t just meet their lazy a55 driver outside cause he got a job he not happy with. GET YOU SOME NEW DEDICATES WORKERS. THE MANAGER AND THE DELIVERY DRIVER TONIGHT NEEDS TO BE FIRED.

I hate to leave such a harsh review because for many years I have loved the pizza from this particular Dominos. But over the past year, the pizza has been subpar and I have been ordering less and less, and then culminating into what they delivered to me today. This was a rewards order, but that is no excuse for this quality. I have been a faithful customer to this store for years, but after the dip in quality this past year, this one just sealed the deal for me.
