After running around with Mom all day, she easily agreed to Pizza whereas she normally is partial to chicken. Should’ve let her have her way. While I can appreciate the large two topping round for $5.99 special, I didn’t appreciate those garbage breadsticks. Stale, no parmesan seasoning of anything on it. I think they may have been a day or so old and cold. The pizza was okay. Needless to say a waste of time and money. I soo want my money back. It was just $10.44, but I deserve more than that just for the inconvenience of having to find something else for dinner. Utterly disappointed. I’ve always loved this location..

Valley Alabama. Friday evening around 530. Pm. Cashier was friendly. Ordered a pepperoni and cheese . Was told 20 minute wait. 30 minutes later, went in and it was on shelf. No longer warm. The cashier should have put effort into it and brought it outside . Considering no one was in line.

Ordered my usual order and when we got it home, we found one of our pizzas was dropped and yet they still gave it to us. We took it back to the store to show them and the manager on duty, she would not replace it saying it was our fault, even though my daughter heard one of the employees say ” dang that pizza made it back”. I called to speak to manager and she would not get hardly any words in and then hung up on me. What happened to the cusyomer is always right

We’ve been going to the little Caesars in Valley Alabama for 16 years now and have never had a problem until the last purchase in October when they refused to honor a online coupon and tonight 12/30/24. We got home with the pizza and when we opened the box it looked like they had dropped it but put it in the box anyway. We went drove a 16 mile round trip to show them how it looked and they refused to remake it and hung up on my husband when he called and asked for the manager.

I placed a mobile order and when I picked it up it wasn’t my order but I touched the pizza before I realized it wasn’t mine. I went back in and told the manager and she stuck it to the side and changed out the stickers on the pizza so she could give it to someone else. I will not be going back that’s so nasty!!
