False advertising. Ordered a Chocolate PB Protein. After the transaction was completed I looked at my receipt and was charged $9.69 when the menu stated $8.99. Told the employee and the response was “Looks like the menu isn’t correct, yea the machine here says it’s $9.69.” I wasn’t offered a refund or an option to place an order for another item. Was told “we’ll make you a little extra.” Kudos to the employee for immediately getting out a ladder and attempting to update the menu as I left. How many others were over charged the stated menu price before I caught it? Not the first day for this smoothie.

Sheral is absolutely amazing!! I haven’t come to this location or a tropical smoothie since 2007. My first time was last week with my four year-old. Sheral made us feel very welcome. She was very friendly with my son and had a great smile. Today I came back again and she was just as friendly! She’s definitely an asset to this location. I look forward to coming back at least once or twice a week.

I ordered the peanut butter crunch flatbread and was very disappointed. I usually order this item and love it at other locations, but this was my first time visiting this one. When I opened it, there was an excessive amount of oil from the peanut butter—it looked like half the jar had been spread on the flatbread. On top of that, the flatbread was hard, almost as if it was old.
The only reason I’m giving three stars is because the gentleman who took my order was very nice. I’ll give them that.

The front door notification that tells “front door” as you walk in scared the Jesus out of me lol. But the place was clean, the ladies were friendly, helpful, kind, fast and efficient. My smoothie even says Happy Friday which made me smile. Great experience today!

It’s Feb 11th around 7pm. I walked in to pick up my smoothie, and the worker picked up a trash bag, walked over with the trash bag, went around the corner, picked up my smoothie and handed it to me. Disgusting. You must wash your hands.

Without question the absolute WORST service I ever experienced I wish I could give negative 5 stars. My order #21400142700544000 1 chipotle chicken flatbread and a southwest wrap was order at 12:55pm and supposed to be ready at 1:05pm, I just left after 40 mins of waiting because they was backed up with orders. Being in the service industry for years I understand rushed but I placed an online asap order lol, I would assume that has priority. At one point they can’t take any more orders because they are backed up, so now I’m thinking ok they going to focus their late orders however no, when I go to check my status they said don’t have turkey to complete my order. No turkey? Ok can I cancel my order with you, because the app states asap orders can not be cancelled you must contact the cafe I said. The response we can’t do that call your bank. I have deleted my account with Tropical smoothie, told my staff to never order from here, and I will never come back, I don’t even care about 3000 bonus points going to waste now. If any point a staff member during my 40 min wait communicated to me I would have understand but I guess that was too difficult.

I’ve been here multiple times – but today i guess everyone was having a bad day because one lady was yelling at the people in the back & then the people in the back were talking back and talking under their breathe … and i could feel the tension.. I ordered a wrap as shown in the picture and i asked for no tomato’s and i opened it up and see tomatoes and not only that but the lettuce is old as you can see on the edge of that one piece. I hope they get new staff or something because the behavior from all staff today was just bad… there’s no reason for employees to be talking like that to each other and then taking it out on customers.

This place is absolutely fast and making your order ready. I placed an online order for pick up and arrived and actually sat outside waiting as it was for a curbside no one came in, so I decided to go inside at the time for pick up when I got inside my food and my smoothies were already made, and in the pick up box but unfortunately, they were made it seems upon my order which made my sandwich cold and my smooth not as slush as usual. Everyone was friendly when I came inside they greeted me upon arrival and I didn’t mention the food or a drink issue.
