I ordered a 4 piece tender, medium hot. The tenders averaged about 4-5 times bigger than local fried chicken franchises in the area. I ate half and am full. The flavor and quality is perfect to say the least. If you haven’t tried them yet I strongly recommend you check it out. Made to order so not sitting around getting soggy.

Usually this place is pretty good. But their food and service have gone down completely. They used to serve a full chicken breast in their sandwich with waffle fries. Now they put one tiny chicken tender in their sandwich leaving the sandwich 90 percent empty. The fries were completely cold and dry with no flavor. Completely disappointed by the changes.

Amazing food and truly the best customer service I’ve ever received at a fast casual restaurant. Trina helped us and she answered all our questions. Helped my kids decide what they want. Food is soooo good. Portions are really good. They have a special for their tacos 2 for $8 and the size and portion is well worth it. I just had tacos last night that were half this size for more. So freaking good!

By far the best chicken place. First of all the place is very clean and the service was excellent. Steven I believe his name was took care of me and was fantastic. Everything we got was great, the Mac bowl and hot sando were both spiced very well. Medium is good if you don’t want too spicy but hot was my favorite by far. Will go back for sure, worth the drive, highly recommend!!

We waited almost 30 minutes for our food and what we got was not good. We had to throw away two orders of french fries. They tasted like they had sat out all day or were stale. And then we both ordered our sandwiches with cheese and they put about a 2” piece of cheese. It’s nothing like the one in Monroe.

I have been to the Monroe one a few times. My first time at the garden city location today. I have to say it was excellent. I got the hot sando medium. Perfect spice,the crisp of the slaw was very fresh and the bun was super soft. 10 in my book! I also got a dirty bird bowl to try. It was also great! Make sure u give it a try u will not be disappointed.

We found this place from Google, looking for a place to grab something before the Wayne County Lightfest. My husband and I both ordered the Hot Mac Bowls. I was pleasantly surprised to find the fries at the bottom of the bowl. I got a large, but could have definitely faired well from the Small. The portions are good sized! We ate in house and I didn’t mind the little bit of wait (like, 10 minutes, nothing crazy), as it just showed me my food was cooked fresh! My husband also wouldn’t shut up about the ranch! My only gripe is no restroom. As someone with an autoimmune issue I try and wash my hands before I eat. I had to go next door to the gas station to wash up. Would definitely eat here again!
