We went later in the day so honestly it was pretty dead. The donuts are of course always good. Even later in the day they still taste fresh. The service was spectacular. Everyone was kind.

Very disappointed. Our food was complete in a short time but it was cold. One of our sandwiches was the sourdough egg bacon and cheese not only did I lack flavor it was wheat not sourdough. The loaded hashbrowns were good but cold.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service! The girl working was rude, short, no personality, and extremely not helpful. Went in to get donuts for my staff, ordered 5 dz. donuts – told I should have ordered ahead…I was there when they opened. You are a donut shop. And I couldn’t find anything anywhere that said to call ahead for orders of 5 dz or more, asked if it was posted somewhere, she just looked at me. Ask for a bag to carry said donuts, was handed 2 bags that weren’t even big enough for a box to fit into. Seriously awful customer service! Next time I will take my business to a local donut shop as opposed to a franchised chain.

I might be biased because I stop here almost every day on the way to work, but our Perrysburg Dunkin is the best Dunkin around. Staff are always efficient and friendly. Orders are always accurate and food/drinks always prepared fresh and well. They’ll have my business indefinitely.

Maumee location on top… I gave this place a shot and it STOOD NO CHANCE, from service to feeling welcomed, I give it about 2 stars , though they are pretty quick. The mobile order is bugged to hell here though, not sure why, so if you’re gonna order go through the drive thru or counter, dunkin needs to write me a check for 3.50 . All in all its okay if you’re in a pinch.

Always seen to do a good, quick job. The coffee is good and hot. The food is good too and never stale. Place is clean and well stocked. Only had 2 issues ever. We asked for no ice in an energy drink because it was for work later. Not sure if it was a language barrier but the worker/supervisor said “Must have ice.”
Even after telling him it’s ok not to fill it to the rim with the actual drink he still said it had to have ice. We were like ok whatever.
The only other issue we didn’t notice till later was an incorrect charge for added espresso. It was charged twice.

The service is usually quick and the staff is friendly. There’s enough of seating with both coffee and high table options for larger groups. There’s plenty to merchandise on display like sippers and coffee powder and pods manufactured by Keurig. I only dislike the facts that some of the merchandise is displayed right next to where customers sit, eat, spill and talk. The bacon, egg and cheese in a bagel tasted fresh. The hash browns were good along with the original coffee blend.

Man not sure why I keep going back. Inconsistent service. Bought a hot latte today and it was two sips in my cup. I get there needs to be room for whip cream but man when 2/3rds of cup is whip cream it is disappointing
