Very good pizza, a little greasy but sauce has good flavor and crust is crispy. Only complaint is it is a little pricey.

Placed my order in-store. Simple sandwich I asked to be toasted. I watched the rear cook make the sandwich and within moments packaging it up. As it was handed to me I specifically asked if it has been toasted as I never saw it hit the nice brick oven they had up front. I was told by the clerk up front that it was done in a ” separate ” oven out back and it was definately toasted. Of course I wasn’t gonna leave without knowing and after looking to my surprise it was NOT toasted. Why lie? I told them I’m new to town and was looking for a good spot. Clearly this is not the one. Can’t review the food as I threw it in the trash in front of them. I can’t even imaging what would have been done if I asked for a remake after calling them out so They got my money with a 5 dollar tip and I got something I didn’t order with a side of LIES.. try harder guys. You won’t see me again.

Nice thin crust with a crisp undercarriage. Buffalo has the right amount of heat. Good slice.

Sorrento’s is in my opinion the best pizza in Gardner.
Sorrento’s does brick oven pizza, and they offer some interesting topping combos as well. We’ve enjoyed every pizza we’ve bought here over the years, and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good pizza.

We not only received a thoroughly burned, inedible pizza (see photos) , but when we called and complained, the manager had an attitude and said, “Go ahead and write a review and then just go elswhere from now on” and actually hung up on my wife who was super patient with them. Definitely do not recommend. Pictures speak a thousand words.

Has the most interesting pizza menu options in town! All of them are awesome and me and my friends are huge fans of the chicken fajita pizza.
Something has been off about the pizza lately though, the last ones my partner and I ordered were weirdly dry!

Best pizza in Gardner hands down. Stopped by and got a cheese pizza today because I hadn’t tried the food here and I’ve lived here 3 years. Came out perfect and it was so large it barely fit in the box. Will be coming back

First off, the guy that answered the phone call sounded less than pleased to even be taking an order. Went to pick up our order, and the staff inside seemed friendly enough. The 20 something year old working the register was friendly. Got home, and the steak tips were EXTREMELY over cooked. Blackened and charred, when we asked for medium rare. Fries, also burnt and dark, seemingly from days old oil. My buffalo style steak and cheese was delicious however. With that being said, this was our first time trying Sorrentos, and we have lived in town for 8 years. We will NOT be returning. For nearly $50, we got nearly inedible steak, and burned fries. Not worth the time or money.

I’ve been to a lot of pizza places in my lifetime, and the one thing that I’ve always done? I compare them to sorrentos. Sorrentos is the gold standard for pizza and sandwiches anywhere. It’s so good. It’s so unique. They are the only brick oven pizza place around here. And it gives their food that signature sorrentos flavor that I crave every week. You just can’t beat them. I won’t get pizza anywhere else, and neither should you. Parker house is ok, but it’s not even close to sorrentos good. I highly recommend it. The staff are so polite and always smiling, it’s like a real family owned ma and pa vibe and I love it. Don’t get food anywhere else if youre looking for pizza. Go to sorrentos.
