I am only writing this review for the customer service. I only took my time to write this because of how the owner handled the situation with my food today. Today 18-Oct-2025 I bought a large menudo. I want to say I did almost finish it but that’s not the case. Almost at the bottom was a thin piece of plastic. I talked to the owner about it and he explains to me where the plastic had come from and that it was from the bag that holds the menudo and that the bag was clean and to not worry because it came from a clean bag. He then hit me with “well since you almost finished it I can give you free tortillas next time you buy the menudo since you almost finished it”. I said to my sled ok I’ll just write this review. It was more the fact that he emphasized that the bag was clean but it was more of the fact that I could have eaten plastic and could have gotten stuck in my belly and gotten sick. Careful AV citizens. Honestly the flavor is super great. I just didn’t like how the situation was handled.

Location: not to best, but not the worse
Cleanliness: clean inviting atmosphere, on a smaller scale. About 6 tables along with a long counter with chairs. Smelled good inside.
Service: extremely kind, everyone! Cashier, cook and owner went far and beyond with customer service. A ++++++++++ helpful and kind to all walks of life that stepped in, no discrimination which is a plus for us. Asked if it was our first time. Even gave us a sample of their carnitas without me having to ask. I told them the reviews lead me here. But a few people said carnitas were a little to salty. I’m glad he insisted on me trying the sample. It lead me to order $7.00 worth of just carnita meat. It was amazimgggggggg.
Food: asada burrito good and large 9/10. Taco 10/10 fire! Torta asada 10/10 yummy carnita meat 11/10 out of this world. Salsas 7/10. Pico dgallo 10/10, chips 8/10, aqua Fresca 10/10
Our family will be back! And I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much for making our first time experience a remarkable one. We wish you much success.

Absolutely horrible experience — stay away!
We stopped in just to grab our order to go, not even to dine in, and were treated rudely and discriminated against because of my service animal. Completely unacceptable behavior. There are plenty of other restaurants that deserve my business far more than this one. If you value respect and basic decency, do not go here.

One of the mothers in my twins preschool class who is Mexican recommended Rancheritas Mexican Grill. She said she loves their birria! I’ve come here twice and this is my new place to go for Mexican! The owners are friendly and the food is delicious! They are very understanding to any special requests!!

Their queso birria tacos with the consumme is delicious as well as they’re chile rellenos! I had a breakfast burrito with chorizo, eggs and refried beans and it was delicious!! Homemade tortillas are great and they give you a nice amount of meat. Great beans and rice is a staple for Mexican food along with great salsa! Their food is always fresh and look at their cilantro and onion… they chop it fresh every morning! Definitely will keep coming back and I highly recommend them!!

We absolutely love the Carnitas. Once you place the order, your Carnitas are chopped in front of you and then grilled for deliciousness. Fresh!

What a delicious gem! The service was good, and the food excellent. Great flavors and truly authentic taste and feel. The homemade pineapple juice was very delicious as well. Definitely going back here! You can dine-in here currently but have to leave as soon as you finish eating. Highly recommend!

Rancheritas Mexican Grill is a very nice choice to pay a visit. The food is amazing, and the staff there are terrific at what they do and how they do it. I came here today to pick up them tortillas and was offered to sample their Carnitas . Definitely stop by and say hello.
