Nikki was very attentive and gave my friend and I a lot of information as what to order.
We went with the veggie sampler and added chicken with mild sauce.
My goodness it was exceptionally delicious. My friend ordered one to go for her lunch the following day.

This place has a great entertaining and friendly environment .It makes you feel like you are in Addisababa. I like it. I recommend this place for those who had been in Addis as a gust and of course for every Ethiopian origin for the vibes of Addis.

More people need to know about this gem. Been here many times and the food is always wonderful. I get the Taste of Etheopia platter which has been delicious and filling every time

I recently had the chance to visit an Ethiopian restaurant and bar located at 100 Central Expy Ste 65, Richardson, TX 75080. I arrived around 12:20 AM and noticed a keyboard playing music that gave off a band-like vibe. But that’s not what prompted me to write this review.
What truly stood out was the lack of service. Despite the restaurant having only a few customers, no one approached me to take my order. I sat at a table near the balcony, clearly visible to the staff. One of the customers even pointed toward me to alert them, but still, no one came. After waiting for 10 minutes, I had no choice but to leave.
As a Habesha visiting from the DMV area for a short two-week business trip, I had hoped to enjoy a warm, welcoming experience. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. I also explored four other Habesha spots in the area, and all of them featured hookah, which made it difficult to enjoy a proper meal.
In my opinion, I wouldn’t recommend this particular establishment—or any of the Habesha restaurants I visited in the area—if you’re looking for good hospitality, a clean environment, and a non-hookah dining experience.

Came in about half an hour before closing time and was still served a fresh platter of lovingly prepared Ethiopian food. It wasn’t as spicy as I expected but I think they tailored it to my assumed Western palate. Next time I go in I will ask them to make it spicy. Serving was so generous that it was impossible to finish, even sharing it with a friend. Definitely worth checking out if you are interested in trying new things from around the world.

Was our first Ethiopian dinner and wasn’t sure what to expect. We have since been to another Ethiopian restaurant and so have one other experience to compare. This was my fav of the two places.
Delicious, spicy, and filling. We ordered veggie platter for two and was not disappointed.
Quick service, friendly staff, clean restrooms. Hard to see the sign from the street, its tucked behind the Krispy Kreme.

It’s one of those places that you get your money’s worth. Generous portions, very tasty and the food is served in a flash! The vegetarian platter is a good place to start so that you can sample the different offerings.

I have never had Ethiopian food before. I was ready to try something new, this did not disappoint. They were very nice and helpful. The lamb and the chickpea were very good. Give it a try! 2 adult and 1 teenager and we had plenty of food for around $40.
