Haven’t been to Andrew’s in years, my daughter wanted to go to try the pizza. The customer service was beyond great. The employees are so friendly & personable. Everyone smiled & said hello. The store is very clean. I even heard an employee talking to a customer she knew about how grateful she is for her job. That made the visit even that much better. We will definitely be going back! Can’t say enough about the customer service!

They need to put on mobile app drive thru closes at eight what’s the point in having a choice for drive thru if you still have to come inside . It shouldn’t be on the app at all and the girl refused to hand me my pizza even though she took the time to open the window and tell me to come inside and my order was paid for . I want be coming back to this location.

Ordered online and never received my food…this place is a fraud! I went to the store after waiting over 2 hours for my food and the rude employee Shannon Brown proceeded to yell at me. Stating she could only remake my food if I was going to pay again. She was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I explained to her that my food was never delivered and I didn’t want the refund, I only wanted to get the food that I had paid for. This place knows nothing about customer service and I will not order from here again.
