I wish you can review a place and not even give them 1 star because this place doesn’t even deserve that. I live in Clayton and everytime I come here the coffee taste like dirty bath water and I’m not even trolling. They seriously need to fire everyone at this location and start over and actually train them how to make good coffee.. I just sent in the drive-through for eight minutes beeping and saying hello hello hello. I want to drive around and find the cashier destiny. Has her headphones off and talking to friends in the store. Not sure what Brady’s gonna do, but that was totally uncalled for and she had her mic turned off, and she was not doing her job and socializing. So I drove away. I’m never gonna give them my business again.

Most of the time at fast food restaurants they don’t tend to take longer than 10 minutes to take your order while they have only ONE car at the window. Kids that work there seem to take their sweet old time in doing everything: taking your order, taking your payment, preparing and handing you your food… by the time you leave that drive thru you’ve spent 10-15 min at what’s supposed to be fast service. Now when I pulled up to the window I saw more than 2 employees working, probably about 4 employees and none of them working efficiently. When it comes to customer service it is very dry, they answer “what can I get for you” “pull around” and often don’t even give you a smile…. Definitely need some training in customer service and working in a fast paced environment. The drive through is always backed up and wrapped around the building and sometimes the street. The speaker at the drive through doesn’t work too well. It is kind of disappointing that I don’t want to go to my nearest Dunkin’ to get a breakfast before work because I know the service will not be good.

I just love this Dunkin Donuts in Clayton, NJ. This is the town where I spent my childhood. As time went by. This business settled in. After that, each time I visited. I would always stop here for coffee. It’s a great little place. It has a great staff. It’s clean and comfortable. The coffee, hey it’s Dunkin Donuts and the coffee is always good. Am I right or what?

Give every one of these employees a raise and a holiday because this is by far one of the best DD’s around! I’m lucky that this is the DD by my workplace so I get to visit her frequently. After using the mobile app, the workers quickly got to know me and would greet me by name as soon as I walked in the door. If caught up on orders, more often than not I would be greeted AT the door with my order being hand delivered to me. What a wonderful, cheerful staff made of people who you can tell work well together. It feels like a family there. They should all be commended for making their customers mornings brighter and starting on a good note! The mobile app no longer works on my phone so I now have to order through the drive through and Im always in and out unless a person orders an obnoxiously large order in front of me lol. This is the DD that others should strive to be like. Keep up the great work!

I am a regular at this Dunkin and the staff is always very nice. They greet me by name when I pull up in the drive thru and my order is usually made correctly. I recommend this Dunkin over other ones in the area.

I came in here this afternoon. Waited at the counter for several minutes. Lady came by to get some donuts and she saw me and she avoided eye contact and kept working. Not a hi or I’ll be right with you, just avoided me. Waited a few more minutes. And nothing.
So I left. There’s a Dunkin on every corner, won’t be stopping here in the future.
