The burgers are great. I love those big pickles. They compliment the sandwich well. The chicken fingers were massive. The fries crispy and bountiful.

The guy who took my order was patient and welcoming. He seemed to be working with lots of staff, training them maybe? He seemed really friendly.

It cool to see so many people sitting in the booths, hanging out.

Also, don’t skip the milkshakes.

First time stopping in tonight. I figured I’d go with a basic burger to see how the simplest order stood on its own…and damn am I impressed! That was one of the best burgers I’ve had in ages!

I’m absolutely looking forward to my next visit and trying out more of the menu. Easy 5/5 from me.

I really enjoy the burgers and fries here! Their fries are really thin shoe string type and they’re delicious. Staff is always friendly and this specific one is always really clean. The burgers are delicious and the ice cream too! I always enjoy grabbing a bite to eat here.

Freddy’s is fantastic. Ignore the Burger King nearby, ignore Raising Cane’s. Forget Five Guys. The food at Freddy’s is tastier than your average fast food burger, the shakes are wonderful, and the price is pretty acceptable. What stands out to me is the amount of flavor in everything. The tater tots (highly recommended) and fries for example are nicely seasoned with black pepper, so much better than bland mcdonalds fries. And the burgers have actually touched a grill and come back with some char.
A shout-out to the older gentleman working the register. He very patiently explained anything we needed to hear, and helped make the experience friendly and comfortable.
Take your spouse or partner here for a nice lunch date, plus some shopping nearby, you won’t regret it.

I had the best experience with my family at freddy’s. It was our first time going there but i was delighted to see the atmosphere and retro feel of the place. The christmas tree with the freddy fry hat made my kids go crazy they wanted their own hat to put on the tree at home lol, especially after seeing one of the girls behind the register wearing it . the ice cream there was the best i have had in a while… the burgers are Immaculate. 10/10 for sure and a great night with my family. Workers looked happy and were attentive to us…brought our food to our table and checked up on us. Nothing like your average mcdonald’s experience.

By reading this you must eat fast food. Not sure what your favorite fast food place may be, but I would certainly recommend giving Freddie’s a try. The fries are the closest thing to McDonald’s. The burger reminds me of Shake Shack, but with a ton of customization available. My son got a hot dog, which he said was good. I got a root beer float with vanilla custard and it was excellent. We downloaded and used the app for about $7 off.

I haven’t been doing five stars for many places lately. This place was well organized and friendly. The food was amazing. We got the Number 1 Freddy’s classic steak burger and the Freddy’s double bacon steak burger. The shoe string fries were also worth the trip. The fries were lightly seasoned. Whatever they use on the fries taste great.

We topped it off with their staple ice cream. Brownie Sundae and Strawberry Banana custom sundae.
Great meal for the price $21 bucks for the meal.
$13 for the Ice Cream Sundae’s

Got to try this place just to taste the steak burger. If you like steak and you like burgers this is your place to visit!!

Been to a few Freddy’s in other states and this one is comparable to those. Prime steak burgers were excellent, although not cheap by any means. The onions and mushrooms on the burger were fantastic. Large fries were good too, but the portion has been cut in half from when they first opened and I received an attitude about it when I brought it up. The custard is very consistent.

It was a Thursday afternoon and my son and I wandered into Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers in Burlington in search of lunch. It was later than peak lunch hour but the place was surprisingly busy. Not chaotic but active. Alive. A steady hum of fry baskets and children asking for more napkins.

Inside, the decor leaned hard into a 50s nostalgia trip. Red and white booths. Glossy black and white photographs of Freddy in his younger years lined the walls. Freddy in the Midwest. Freddy with ambition. Freddy before the frozen custard empire. The floors shone a little and most of the tables were clean, though a few looked like they had barely survived their previous occupants. Still, with how fast people were coming and going, a bit of leftover ketchup and a forgotten straw wrapper seemed forgivable.

Despite the steakburger signs on the building, both my son and I ordered hot dog meals. His was simple. Ketchup and mustard. A heap of fries. He seemed quite satisfied. Said the special fry and steakburger seasoning from the condiment counter improved things dramatically. That was good enough for me. I ordered the chili cheese dog with mustard and onions, which was as predictably messy as it was enjoyable. It fought gravity and lost. But it tasted just right. The onion rings on the side were crisp, a little salty, and possibly engineered in a lab for maximum satisfaction.

My son topped things off with a Key Lime Pie concrete. He offered me a bite. I declined. He said it was great. That was enough.

Freddy’s will not win any awards for elegance but it isn’t trying to. It sits proudly in that space just above the fast food giants. A notch higher. A little more effort. A little more flavor. A little more Freddy.

Four stars because there is always room for a clean table and a fifth star. But we’ll be back. There are more hot dogs for me to eat in this world and I suspect a few of them live here.
