Went this morning through drive-through to get a coffee, Once the window opened I got hit with a very strong smell of marijuana. The girl that was cashing me out, seemed very intoxicated and was dozing off and looked very out of it. I definitely don’t want them handling my food or anything in that matter. I expect more of a clean atmosphere. It seems very dirty. I won’t be going back. Worse dunkin I’ve been at and shouldn’t have to deal with that as a customer and just trying to get my caffeine.

Prices keep creeping up and service is hit or miss depending on how many people have showed up for a given day. Recently I got the new hash brown thing and it looked like the person who made it had a vendetta against me; seems as though they made heated it all up and then slammed it into the cup as hard as they could manage. Far cry from the picture and animation on the menu, tasted alright.

Good service and the coffee was awesome but my bacon was almost uncooked and EXTREMELY greasy. This is one of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever gotten from Dunkin’ and I’ve been to Allegheny Ave Dunkin’… other than that it was great

I had my roommate pick me up a breakfast sandwich and an order of hashbrowns the other day. He gets back and instead of 6 hashbrowns, there are only 3. I called and spoke to a woman claiming to be the assistant manager. She told me that she would give me a couple of orders of hashbrowns for free, the next time I came in and to just mention that I spoke with the assistant manager. I went this morning and when I ordered hashbrowns and spoke about what had happened, I was told that they knew nothing about it and that they have many assistant managers. I was charged for my hashbrowns this morning. The staff was rude when I showed a picture as proof and inadvertently called me a liar. DD you’ve lost my business!!!

Waited for a half hour for half a styrofoam cups of macchiato. Cup was light and wrong kind, nice and plastic flavored from the cup. Only two thirds full. Not worth over paying, go to the next Dunkin

Today I got a “latte” delivered to me and it was all milk and sweetener. So I had to gather myself to head back down to dunkin donuts personally, not feeling well, at that. So I brought in my cup and explained that I got this delivered and it has no espresso.. kid said ” I got you…” then returns with my SAME CUP but now had espresso in it.. So my cup which was taken home and back and drank from was placed under the machine with my staw. Needless to say reason 7658398 why I’m resuming my dunkin donuts boycott. I’ve heard of multiple customers walking into that location and flipping out on the workers.. I could see how this could be the case. With the prices they charge for items I could hope for a little more accuracy. But so seems to be the times. Attention to detail or even paying attention seems to be a lost art.
