Definatly coming here again! This was a sugestion from a fellow motorcyclist and it did not disappoint. Very moist BBQ, we had the split plate with brisket and pulled pork. You know it is probably a good spot when the employees dont say “everything here is good” but instead they actually talk about the menu items with you and what you like. A rare gem. Being from Texas, I’m always skeptical of BBQ anywhere else. I was very pleasantly surprised. Fantastic food! I had the pulled pork sandwich and my buddy had the brisket. The fries are perfectly cooked.

Had a great dinner here. Great atmosphere, good service, not overly crowded and best of all, certainly not Vail prices! Had the Brisket and Rib combo and both were excellent. Dog friendly. If you’re in the Vail resort and don’t want to pay Vail pricing for something good, this is worth the extra drive for sure!

I ordered the half rack of ribs, coleslaw and Mac n Cheese. The ribs were charred and the slaw didn’t have much flavor but the Mac n Cheese was good and had a little kick to it. The cornbread had ok flavor but the server wasn’t sure they even had butter for it when I asked (although they did end up bringing out a small dish of butter that was too hard to even spread). The service was ok, probably would’ve been better if 2 other parties hadn’t walked in right after we ordered with only one server to wait on us all. Not sure I’ll go back during future Colorado vacations.
