I placed a mobile order for a sandwich, a hashbrown, and a “fresh squeezed” orange juice this morning. Picked it up, drove 5 min down the road, took a sip, and immediately knew something was wrong. It was so gross. I didn’t expect same day orange juice by any means, but didn’t expect mold. Was so disgusted I couldn’t eat the sandwich.
To their credit, I went back and got two cooler beverages. But hard pass on this one.

I’ve been eating pork roll l, egg and cheeses on an everything bagel from Manhattan Bagel for over 30 years. I always look forward to the thick juicy pork roll. I tried one at this location and they served me what looked like paper thin pieces of pork roll. So disappointing. I’m sure it’s a cost saving trick. Will not be coming back.

Very very nice place. This was our first time and the bagels and muffins are amazing. Muffin was big, moist, and fluffy, not dry and crummy. Bagel with cream cheese and bacon was the best of its kind. Worth the 1hr+ drive out we took. Extremely friendly man at the front who helped us and made us laugh. Highly recommend!!

So happy this place has opened! I was so excited by the addition of a Manhattan Bagel not far from work, and it has been such a game changer! The entire staff is always so nice and pleasant, and after that interaction I get to enjoy a delicious breakfast sandwich and coffee! This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My food was served cold, and when I asked for it to be remade, I was given the runaround — first told yes, then no, then yes again. After waiting, I found out nothing was being done.
When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told he wasn’t there. A few minutes later, he came out himself and told me he would not be remaking my food and that I needed to contact the third-party delivery service for a refund. His attitude was dismissive and completely unprofessional.
It’s one thing to make a mistake — that happens. But to lie to a customer, refuse to fix the issue, and act like you don’t care is unacceptable. I’ll never come back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects even basic courtesy or accountability.

$17 bucks for this and a drink. i asked for avocado toast and lox on side. had i noticed that the side of lox was so expensive, i would gone to eastern cuisine and had their lunch special, gotten more food, and saved money.
