I loved this place. I have never been able to get into peach cobbler, but I decided to put it on my plate today and man. I fell in love and let’s not even talk about the green beans 10 out of 10 off the chain. The host was really outgoing and welcoming. Highly suggest y’all try their sweet tea

Seriously impressed with this spot! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the food is delicious, home-style comfort. Forget fast food! You get a REAL meal for LESS than fast-food prices here. Best value around, hands down! The only downside is the indoor smoking section. But worth the visit for the food and savings!

It has been ages since I have been to Joseph’s or as we used to say, Mr Joe’s and let me tell you, they haven’t changed, still great prices and great food.
Since I was there for just a lite afternoon snack, I only had 2 plates.
My first plate consisted of smothered ribs, dressing and mac and cheese.
On my second plate, I couldn’t resist the roast pork, candied yams and cabbage.
I was ready to leave then overheard chocolate meringue pie mentioned nearby so I managed to squeeze in a slice.
Believe me, it won’t be ages before I return to Joseph’s for another lite afternon snack.

Came and ate here for the first time on a Saturday morning. I heard there was a breakfast buffet but it’s just for lunch. I was already there so I went ahead and ordered breakfast. Got the big breakfast with some extra items added. Food was great and decently priced. The service was also amazing. They made sure I was taken care of during my visit.
It was mentioned to me that arriving closer to 11 am was ideal for getting the start of the lunch buffet, so I’ll try to come back again for that.
Overall, I enjoyed my experience and definitely will be back soon.

We waited an hour for food while the table of 8 next to us arrived much later and were served first. The drinks were watered down and the food wasn’t that great. My husband had 2 plates of buffet food before I was served. If you come here, get the buffet because it’ll be an hour wait otherwise. But even that food wasn’t that great. And bring your own drinks because they’re all watered down.

It’s a shanty restaurant but the server was super nice, he was working so hard with the rush that came in while we were there. The food in my opinion was well made. My mother thought her catfish had a little too much batter but overall she was pleased.

Down home food done well. Staff really care for their customers. This is not a “high-end ” pretentious restaurant for pretentious people. This is real food for real people. Highly recommend for “real” people.

They have an amazing home cooked all you can eat buffet for $12.98 out the door. You cannot find a home cooked meal that includes a salad and a tea for under $13.00 anywhere!!!
Big chain buffets are easy above 16+ that you have to pay extra for a drink which adds another $3.00 depending on where you go.
They are closed every Tuesday but are open at 6 AM to 2 PM every other day of the week.
