If there’s ever been a problem with my order they’ve always tried to make it right.
When the pizzas were finally brought out, the order was wrong and they forgot our garlic bites, and we realized that the pizzas sitting there since we arrived were actually ours — they had been forgotten or there was poor communication when someone went on break. As a result, our pizzas were cold and soggy.
The manager explained that she’d have to cancel the entire order to issue a refund for the missing items. The manager also seemed frustrated with the inconvenience this was going to be for her and proceeded to tell us that they were short staff. At that point, it was 2:46 PM, and everything was cold, so we chose to cancel the order altogether. Very disappointing experience with both the service and communication at this location.
