We stopped here on our way back home, and I wanted to try Zaxbys. The lobby was closed, and we had to go through the drive thru. For drinks. we ordered a Coke and Dr. Pepper, and when I got to the window, I asked the young girl with a puff who handed us our drinks, “Which one is the Coke and Dr. Pepper?” She said, “I don’t know!” She responded as if I had asked the dumbest question ever. It was so bizarre, my friend and I started laughing because why all the attitude? If she had pushed that button down on the drink top, we wouldn’t have had to ask. My friend smelled the drinks, and they had given us both Cokes. Incorrect. We were like, fine. We both drink Coke. She closed the window and my friend checked the food to make sure it was correct and she opened the window and asked us,” Do you need anything else?” Real nasty like we pissed her off by checking the order. No one else was there it was barely 11 am! Miss Mamas wanted us gone To top it off, the food was mediocre. The toast was hard. The chicken wasn’t hot. Cane’s would never. Not everyone is made to work in food service. My friend and I laughed as we ate our sad food because there was no reason for all that fever . I rarely write reviews, but this was too funny and weird. They say when the workers have an attitude, the food is good. Not over here.

I meannnnn they missed with the cheese – almost completely. I relocated it, and the sandwich was… meh. Average at best. No ketchup for fries, didn’t ask. Didn’t get the right drink. Just not worth it in a sea of options.

The food was good and hot. I didn’t know coleslaw came my meal . Sorry, but I can’t stand coleslaw in general. The food was good otherwise.

to start when i pulled up the girl had us wait 5 minutes which i was fine with until she started talking. she had SUCH a bad attitude and she literally sounded miserable, kept trying to cut us off at the box when we literally had so much more to order. we get to the window all she said was the total and then slammed the window, gave us the drink and it was wrong so she snatched it back and slammed the window again. we even apologized and she didn’t say anything, she gave us our food and we asked for the receipt and she said no it’s on the bag and i wanted to put the points in my app and i literally couldn’t because the info wasn’t on the sticker. very rude young lady and i hope the manager has a talk with her or something.

Food always good! It’s ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS that every time you order and pull around you have to pull up to wait for your order everytime! They should tell you before you order that they are waiting on food! This go round they were cooking more chicken! Your a chicken place and you cannot see that your running low. I’m currently waiting with 8 cars for our food! I will not be back to this location! Come through fast food places to get in and out in drive through not wait 20 minite for you to correct your service

Just came from here and ordered simple things like sides. First off at the window the girl she had an attitude and barely even acknowledged me and didn’t help me and was very passive aggressive. Then as I got my food the box had a big hole in it from the oil so I brought it in to ask for another box and the chef, threw my food on the counter and had the worst attitude ever. All because my food had a hole in the box and I just wanted to replace it and oil leaking all over my other food. Needs better service because you are cooking someone’s food and if you made a mistake you don’t get to throw it just because you are upset. But the worker Dereck was very helpful and help with the situation , he needs a raise for being one of the only workers who had great service and attitude. The shift leader was also very apologetic. But to the chef that was unacceptable and you need to find another career if you can’t handle this one.

Every single time I visit either the drive-thru or inside, they take way too long to serve the food often having to apologize for it. This recent visit, I ordered the signature sandwich meal and after waiting about 20 minutes they told me all the buns were in the freezer. I ended up having to get a refund but that took another 15 minutes because the manager Rydesha forgot how to give out refunds on the register so she had to get a higher up on the phone to explain how to do it. What a joke of an establishment, no wonder it’s always empty. Will never be coming back
