Delicious We came across this restaurant because walking in our neighborhood to Bacchus for dinner was full house. Came on a Tuesday night holiday week before New Year’s. What a happy find! Food and service was awesomely good. Gave a 4 for atmosphere only because live music single act even would add.

Food was good, but nothing amazing. We got chips and salsa (not free), birria tacos, fish tacos, and the margarita flight. All of the margaritas were very syrupy and tasted like no alcohol was in them. We finished them off and felt completely sober. Two of them were so syrupy they were almost inedible. Honestly El Pope down the street is way better, both food and drinks.

My wife and I wanted a quick dinner after church and we had seen Big Chile on Main Street, which is on our way home. So we decided to give it a try.
It’s a small Mexican restaurant, maybe 10 tables and a nice bar. We were seated, ordered and ate dinner in about 40 minutes. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. It was exactly what we were looking for.
I would strongly recommend giving them a try if you are in the area.

Some of the best mexican food I’ve eaten on the east coast. The chips & queso were so so good it made me cry.
I came here when I was having a bad day and the food changed my mood in 3-4 seconds! Great, prompt service and a casual yet warm & welcoming ambience in the restaurant.
Food was served pretty fast and was delicious enough that I’ll be going here every time I’m in Richmond VA.

Absolutely delish! I needed some flautas last night and it was delivered perfectly warm the side salsas and tortilla chips are always the best this is my go to taco box place to feed my family since we moved here.

House Margaritas $5 between 2 and 7 10/10. Mangonada 10/10. Huge fajita plate great quality about 8 tacos worth, could definitely be shared, 10/10. Queso Birria 10/10. Great homemade tortillas! Awesome service, great price, super bartender!!!

This place serves the best tacos ive ever tasted. The steak was really tender and the flour tortillas were perfectly crisp. The shrimp and cilantro were very fresh and the layers of flavor were incredible. Service was prompt and friendly, thank you to our waitress Rosa !

Went here for a lunch date with my husband and had a great time! We started with the chorizo dip and chips—the chips were fresh and nicely salted. The dip was okay, but the cheese was a little too runny for us.
My husband had the shrimp nachos—the shrimp were grilled well and had great flavor. I had the quesabirria tacos—super flavorful and packed with meat. The consomé had good flavor too.
Drinks were great: he had a top shelf margarita, and I had the Berry Boom Shooter.
Overall, great food, nice drinks, and we’ll definitely visit again!
