I find it ridiculous that every time I place an order, it just takes money out of my account and DOESN’T PLACE MY ORDER!! Then i have to sit there and fight for my money back just to order from somewhere else. I have reported this problem plenty of times, yet they take no effort in fixing the app. I order online because I can’t afford to just walk in and pay 45$ for just 2 pizzas. Idk where y’all even get off charging that much for your food anyways, it’s not even that good and it’s low quality as hell. Dominos needs to finally be shut down so they can stop ripping people off

I ordered a pizza online it was special any pizza for $9.99. gave a time for pickup and went there to get it. They hadn’t even started the pizza but the manager was great so you would only take a few minutes. So in 15 minutes or less I had a eight topping pizza for $9.99 it was hot and fresh ready to go

I asked for extra sauce and they put lots of extra sauce on which is unusual because most pizza places. When I ask for extra sauce I get not even enough to cover the crust. I always get extra sauce because just makes the pizza taste so much richer and better if all you got is crust and cheese and toppings and very little sauce is dry and not as good

Domino’s never disappoints! The crust was perfectly baked crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The toppings were fresh, the cheese was melty and delicious, and everything was hot and ready faster than expected. Their customer service was friendly, and the order was spot on. Definitely my go to when I’m craving pizza!

Tried to order the online $9.99 up to 5 topping special for delivery. Ordered half with no cheese due to an allergy. After ordering went in other room to help with our baby. Came back to an email saying the order was canceled. We called to get an explanation. The first story they gave wasn’t even our order, our name or our phone number. Then after speaking to the manager she said she called for an apartment number but we don’t even live in apartments or near apartments. It’s a house. The whole street is houses. Then she said she called a 2nd time to confirm it was half no cheese. If I didn’t want half no cheese I would of been that particular and even added it in the comments. By this point it was an hour and a half since we ordered it. They said they couldn’t ring us up over the phone for that special. Had to be online only. I asked if we could get express delivery or complimentary breadsticks since they canceled our order without a legit reason. The said no to any complimentary things and for express delivery her words were “we will get it there when we get it there” she had a very rude and unprofessional tone with my wife and I. Especially when we didn’t do anything wrong and they gave us 3 separate stories for canceling our order. That had no legit reason. I took my business to pizza hut because of the unprofessionalism of the manager and the lack of customer service
